This hotel has different levels and types of rooms - one to fit every budget. While we did not stay in the beach front suites we did stay in the queen suites. It was a very short walk to the beach. The suite itself was very spacious and comfortable. One of the best we have ever stayed in - a lounge area with TV, kitchen with full size refrigerator, micro, etc. It had the added attraction of a breakfast bar. There was also a TV in the bedroom and a door closing it off from the lounge/kitchen area. The lanai was big enough so you didn't feel closed in. At night it had shutters to pull across the lanai - really blocked out all sounds of the ocean and all light. Stanley at the front desk made us feel very very welcome with his warmth and humor. They had a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. They also had 2 pancake makers if you preferred to make you own hotcakes. Plenty of restaurants nearby (Dunkin Doughnuts has great croissant sandwiches) and plenty of restaurants offer free delivery. The pizza from NY pizzeria is absolutely the best. We definitely will be staying here whenever we are in the area.
