First off the room smelled of cigarette. Then in the morning I could not take a shiwer because there was no water pressure and the water came out black. For breakfast oall they had was cold cereal. That was thre 2nd worst Super 8 I have ever st as yed b at.

A Good Nights Sleep
The staff was friendly and the room was recently updated. The Bed was super comfortable and accommodating for my one-night stay for work. I will stay here again on my next trip.

There were only a handful of guests staying here and a legit crackhead was put in the next room on my last night of a 3 night stay. After a few hours of yelling and door slamming and 3 calls to the front desk from my cellphone (room phone had no cord) the loud neighbors were evicted. I asked the manager for a refund of my pet fee ($60 for 2 dogs / 3 nights) and they refused. The owner told me over the phone I should have asked for a new room. I don't think asking for a refund of the pet fee was too much considering I got zero sleep my last night. Its a budget hotel, I get it, but with only a few cars in the parking lot, dont put the crackheads next to another guest's room.

Nicely renovated, will stay again
Overall we had a great stay, the only problem we had that really pissed me off was i requested 2 double beds, handicap room because my husband can't climb stairs. When we got there they gave that room to someone else that could have used the other rooms. We did end up with a handicap room with one full size (double) bed, them beds are made for 1 person, not 2 adults.

The property was not what was shown on Travelocity. It was very old and worn down and the room was very dirty on the walls, floors and AC unit. The sheets had stains on them, a towel had what appeared to be dried blood, and another towel had multiple holes in it. There were people hanging around in the parking lot for hours and then at 2:30 am my kids and I were awaken to a very strong smell of marijuana in the hallway coming in under our door. The AC unit kept shutting off every hour or so. I haven't experienced such a place in a very long time.

Lady at counter hardly spoke english. She had a gentleman tell us directions to get somewhere. We were told back door was best to bring our stuff in. We carried it over there only finding door locked. Had to go back to front to enter. Not handicapped accessible for those needing it. Bad paint job in room. Sheets wouldnt stay on bed. We were not told location of things like ice machine in building!! Smelled smoke in hall near our room. Would not credit us for second night even though we checked out affter first night!

I use a walker so motel stays can be challenging. A lot of Super 8 properties I encounter are a "split level" design so I either have to navigate a half-flight of stairs up or down to get to my room. The Clinton property has a ramp from the lobby to the bottom floor which is a great convenience for me. I have stayed at other Super 8 properties with similar conveniences (one even had an electric lift) but not all have them. I am a Wyndam Rewards card holder and like to use Wyndam properties when possible. I usually book through a third party and tend to shy away from Super 8 if I don't know that such conveniences are present. If you could make some type of notation as to the presence of such features on your online booking ads, perhaps more like me may find them helpful. P.S.: I forgot to apply the points from this Wyndam stay to my card.

Really didn't like much. Asked some questions and not helpful. Walls were paper thin. Lots of noise all night. Hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast lol!!! Had to ask for a receipt upon checkout. Wouldn't go back ever.....

This was the most disgusting run down hotel I've ever stayed at. black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, run down, missing hand rails, tv didnt work ect.... This hotel has not been taking care of and was disgusting.

The improvement at this Property has been amazing! The room(s) were very clean, and well maintained. It smelled very fresh walking into. The front desk staff was very nice and professional.

The evening front desk people did their best, yet it seemed they had only been recently hired. The onsite 'manager' was rarely at the front desk during the day, and when he did show, he looked unkempt and acted like he'd just woke up. Our room (108): BATHROOM - loose shower curtain bar; leaky shower head; cheap shower curtain let water through onto floor; door jamb dirty, finger prints on door; floor tile trim ungrouted, leaving gaps for air/whatever else is between floors access; commode lid did not fit the toilet seat. The in-room amenities were adequate, yet our sheets were not changed during our stay. I understand much of this motel's business is from workers. However, they aren't the only guests who drink coffee, which was advertised in writing "Fresh coffee 24/7". Yes, I'm picky and notice such things, for as a young man I did Red Roof Inns night audit. We were required to act and dress professionally, even at night, since guests can show up at any time. What I listed may seem like little things, yet it's the little things that count, and overlooking very many little things is what costs you business - and business is what keeps the doors open and lights on. Because of this single poor showing, we will not use any Super 8 by Wynham again. By the way, it is wrong to expect a single housekeeper to keep three floors clean. I thanked the one we found at work the day we checked out; she deserves a raise, though I doubt she'll ever get one.
