“A wonderful hotel, excellent staff, who could ask for anything more”

This hotel is truly outstanding, the staff is first rate, I travel more than 200 days a year and this hotel always treats me with respect, courtesy and a bit extra that makes a business trip bearable. I love it.

“Convenient location.”

“Very Accomodating”

Stayed here 3 nights while getting a consultation at Cleveland Clinic. They shuttled us back and forth (10 minute ride) whenever we requested it, and also shuttled us to a recommended restaurant. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Will stay there again if we return to the Clinic for surgery. Only complaint was treadmill was out of order the whole time.

“Wonderful downtown convenience”

We wanted to stay at a downtown hotel close to the sports areans/stadium and the highways. My wife-to-be and I were very satified and comfortable at the Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Very clean room, well lit hallways, helpful hotel staff. If you are driving and need to park overnight, the hotel only offers valet parking at $22 per night. You can park at a nearby garage for $15, but if you want your car after entering the garage, you must pay the $15 again. There is no legal downtown on the street parking. Street construction is on-going in the front of the hotel, should be completed within the next month. It is safer to enter through the rear of the building. This hotel is a winner.

“historic cleveland”

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff (esp in the dining room) made this place a great choice for downtown - easy access to public transit (and the free trolley!). My only critique would be that there was no local paper (only the boring USA Today), and the only local shop (a drug store) closes very early.

“Great value, great hotel”

Nice, clean and perfectly located. Rooms were huge and nice. A tremendous value for the price, and I was able to buy my Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tickets from the front desk. I would definately stay there again.
