Rooms were clean and property itself was nice. My only issue was the rooms are very noisy we were 1st floor, 2nd floor had a baby and you heard a lot of noise

The chairs were ripped also we could not find a garbage can anywhere. I looked under the sink in the kitchen, and it was just filled with trash from the previous person staying there. Also, the dishwasher was running when we got there

Our room was in a 2nd floor area with no elevator which seems like it should be illegal, but was certainly inconvenient. The bathroom was too small/cramped.

We canceled this reservation as soon as we walked in. The hotel was dirty and run down. The first room had black mold in the shower along with stained rugs, the pleather was coming off the bar stools and the room was dirty. The second room had something all over the wall in the vanity area, the bar stools were in the same condition, the kitchen appliances were dirty along with the silverware. The other main issue was it was a two bedroom suite and it was on the second floor, we had handicapped people in our party and there were no elevators to access the unit only a steep set of stain which you had to walk and carry luggage up. So not handicapped accessible. The man at the desk was nice and canceled our reservation. This is definitely not up to Marriott standards. We’ve stayed at the Residence Inn at University Circuit and it is much nicer.

For the most part, the place was quiet. The last night we were there, there was a fair amount of screaming outside and a car alarm that kept going off throughout the night. That was frustrating and disturbing. But we were there for a week; I guess 6 peaceful nights out of 7 is pretty good.

We had to travel to Cleveland to visit a sick family member who ended up passing away during our stay. Grace, at the front desk, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful with help us make plans to return in a few days for the funeral. This was a difficult time for us and Grace really helped us out.

Service was great. However, the conditions of the rooms were not good. We were moved from one room because it was not clean and there was a rodent. The next room seemed clean, but worn down. The bed was very hard. The hot breakfast was not good. There were other cold options, thankfully. It was way overpriced for the condition and quality of the hotel.

Great place for travelling with dogs
I have found our go to hotel for when we travel to Cleveland for concerts. It is basically an old apt complex which will make it easier and less stressful for my pups when they travel with us. The room was clean, updated and spacious.

Bedding and towels looked very clean and white. Bathroom looked new and clean. Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator were clean and in good working order. Nice TV. Not a fan of cloth couch, and fabric on desk chair had some stains. Some of the heater and/or air vents on the walls looked loose and looked like some possible spots of mold… I hate carpets but it did seem fairly clean. Were a few small pieces of plastic/paper under bed. All in all a good place!

Was very noisy Friday night until well after midnight. Bed was extremely hard, like laying on the floor. Made for a very restless first night. Garbage can under sink was full with food from previous guests. Told front desk in the morning, and they said that they would have housekeeping empty it when they came around, but the garbage was still there when we returned that night. On the plus side, the room was very clean (other than the full garbage), and the free breakfast options were better than most hotels (eggs, bacon, and pancakes were all very good).

The room looked old, needing fresh paint, and the couch you would not want to sit on looked old and dirty. The high point was the good shower. We asked for the room to be cleaned daily and it was not touched until we reached out not once but twice on day 3 of our stay. Staff showed little care when speaking with them. Indifferent would be the word like we were a bother. This is nowhere near as good of an experience as our past stays and "other residence Inn by Marriott " We would not stay there again sad to say for what they charged for such poor service and old room.

Overall a nice place. Didn’t stay long enough to get full experience. We were in town for a wedding. Checked in late and left very early the next morning. Two things that stood out, the bathroom door is very awkward. You had to stand to the side to be able to close the door. They should have used a pocket door instead of a regular door. Also, there was no soap by the sink. Bed was comfortable though, so we got a good nights sleep.

Our bed had been used/not made and dirty. The carpeting had worn patches showing the threads and holes. We were transferred to another room and it's toilet did not flush.

The property was good, but short staffed and they would not deliver material to our room and we had to pick them up ourselves. The shower curtain was dirty. Other than that it was good and reasonable
