“Loved it”
Absolutely beutiful inside and excellently service.Nice mall attached to it ball field and concert hall within descent
“Great place for conference”
Three concurrent conferences going on and the hotel staff remained attentive and professional to our smaller group (under 200 people). Catering and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful; bell desk and front desk staff always eager to please. It was generally agreed next year we will hold our conference in Cleveland again -- the overall excellence of the hotel was a factor. The building may be old -- the elevators are pretty slow -- but the meeting spaces are airy and nice. Another plus: RTA from the Airport takes you straight to the hotel for $1.75. In, like, 20 minutes. What a deal.
“i was so impressed”
everyone so friendly and helpful. always good morning and etc. has a neat shopping mall connected. cant wait to go back.
“cleveland was no mistake”
Excellent hotel in a surprisingly beautiful city. I had heard Cleveland called "the mistake by the lake" The only mistake was not finding out sooner this is not the case. I will go back to Cleveland. Lots to do there, really good resturants and very friendly people.
“A good hotel for conventions”
I attended an academic conference at the Renaissance for four nights in November. The hotel is located next to a station on the Rapid Transit line from the airport which makes it extremely convenient to reach. The adjacent large shopping mall, Tower City, offers shopping and alternative dining opportunities. The hotel's public areas are impressive and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. However the fan used to boost the heating in the room was very noisy. The food in the bar and restaurant was excellent.
“Beautiful hotel”
Excellent service, friendly staff, quiet, luxurious rooms.
“Fabulous Hotel”
The architecture and ambience in this hotel is beautiful, marble columns, floral arrangements, vaulted ceilings, connected to a great shopping mall. Excellent location within walking distance to great restaurant districts, sights, etc. So central. Friendly, professional staff. Clean, spacious room.
“Cleveland's finest hotel - wonderful staff.”
This is a beautiful hotel, very conveniently located, with excellent facilities and all staff have a wonderful attitude making our stay in Cleveland all the more enjoyable.
“See you again in 3 weeks!”
We started staying in the Cleveland Renaissance about 3 years ago, and we'll never stay anywhere else in Cleveland again. We're up there about 3 times a year for Browns games, and we always look forward to staying there. The rooms are always impeccable and we enjoy the staff in the lounge, as well.
“Great hotel”
That was a great hotel. Clean and gorgeous. Only one thing I want to complain about is the elevators because they are very slow and hard to operate. But I enjoyed the hotel.
