“Great choice for Case Western visit”

Spent the night while my daughter stayed in the dorm for a CWRU visit as a potential student. Very convenient. Felt safe in an unknown neighborhood. Will stay again if she decides this is the place for her.

“very Impressed”

Price reasonable for upscale,extremely comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has a family member at the Cleveland Clinic. The breakfast buffet was the best i have had-take advantage when included in room cost!

“INTERCONTINENTAL GREAT STAY”

We were upgraded from a standard King to a superior King upon arrival. Our check in went without a hitch. Amenities and service were excellent. We opted to get the buffett breakfast at North Coast Cafe and the breakfast was the best we've ever had. All kinds of fresh fruit, french toast, pork apple sausage and even smoothies. It was great. We had also eaten lunch at Table 45 the previous day, as usual it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Most convenient stay when visiting the Cleveland Clinic”

What could be simplier that using a skywalk which connects this hotel with the Cleveland Clinic? Nothing could be easier!

“Good, but not great.”

I had a "Club Room" on an upper floor. This entitled me to the services of the lounge on the 14th floor including free breakfast buffet and hot/cold appetizers, soda and wine, beer and hard liquor in early evening. Because of my difficulty in finding restaurants within walking distance, I used the club a good bit. Nice folks manning the club. This is a hotel for patients and family of those visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It seems well situated for this. I attended a conference there instead. For this it was fine. A fancy place, comfortable beds, spacious room. Nothing really negative to say, but, except for the good folks in the club, I didn't really come away enthused about the hotel.
