When we arrive to this property it was boarded up and the driveway was blocked off with cement barriers and chains. The property had been permanently closed. I had paid for this stay 4 months ago and never received communication.

My room was nothing like the pics.. staff were great, but rooms need serious upgrades.. holes in the walls, some lamps didn’t work. No microwave or mini fridge in the room. Super 8 please do better, hotel stays are not cheap and we should at least feel comfortable when we sleep.

I was not happy. I booked a trip for 4 nights and ended up not staying. It was very dirty. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper. Someone offered me drugs outside of the hotel. It was very run down and i didn't feel safe

Pot holes everywhere driving in. Room was not ready & I checked in hours after the check in time. Very unprofessional. Attendant complaining about how much she had to work, no help, & other personal issues. Irrelevant to any patrons waiting at front desk. Website advertised breakfast bar but nothing available. Kind of shady the whole situation.

Nasty hotel
Stayed last Friday and was out in room 224. After getting unpacked we noticed that the toilet was plugged and would not go down. I went down to the desk and she moved us to room 220. We got in there the mattress look like it had bedbug stains on that a big water spot above the bed and the shower did not work so we could not even take a shower after our stay. try to turn off the TV to go to bed and the remote control would not turn it off. So I had to move the dresser and unplug the TV when I move the dresser the plug was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed. Turned on the heater and when the blower motor came on it rattled so loud it was hard to sleep. I told the girl in the morning at the front desk how horrible my stay was she said she would tell the manager to call me and that was Sunday morning and I still have no call from the manager. I would like my money back for the stay .

This place needs some love
Outside elevator was stuck, the hotel stunk like straight up weed and must. We hd to wait 15 minutes to check in because of being understaffed and a door was broke and have been for days, you could tell because the sign was weathered! But fot $60 what did I expect We just wanted a hotel close to the airport!

The customer service was amazing fromt desk girl was respectful resourceful and funny ....the hotel itself not so much no hot water rugs horrible sheets burnt bed was broke ...but other then that it was a interesting experience....but awesome workers 👏

Don't even let your dog stay here
I can't believe they can even be in business. We entered our smoke free room that smelled like it had been smoked in for years. Next we pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs and we were totally repulsed by the stained sheets along with the cigarette hole that was burned completely through the comforter. We went back down to the front desk to demand another room. There were no more with a King size bed so they gave us a key for a room with a queen. While going down the haul to check out the next room im pretty sure i got a contact high from the smell of pot filling the hall. I reached the roo. We were to check out and the door was open and things were a disaster. Here we found out that room had flooded. We went back down to the front desk. I do have to say the 2 people working were very understanding and did everything they could to help us get refunded and moved to another hotel. The hardest part was spending over an hour on the phone with Hotels.com to get us moved to another hotel. But it didnt end there. While i was in the lobby on the phone we heard loud screaming. Here a lady was trapped in the elevator and couldn't get out. Im totally serious, you cant make this stuff up.

We booked this room to be close to the airport due to not wanting to travel through the snow to get there the next morning. For being last minute and $60 it did the trick. The bed was smaller than expected (it looked like a full matress on a queen base) but comfortable enough for a 1 night stay. Both girlsnat the front desk were super friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

I'm not sure what's going on here
I usually would not say anything, but this place is in sad shape. After making the reservation and seeing the condition of the place, I would have left, but it was a non-refundable reservation. So I was stuck with it. The girl at the front desk is good, friendly and helpful. The problem is the hotel condition. The staff are fine. My room, the front door looked like the police had broke it down in the past. Inside the room, the curtains were not in a usable condition, I had to pin them together, so they would close. The heater looked like it was ready to fall apart. There was no desk chair or any chair in the room, no hangars, but surprisingly an ironing board and iron, if there's no hangars, why even bother? I would rather stay here than be homeless, is how I would rate this place and the reason I am writing this review is I went to take a shower the next morning and guess what? NO HOT WATER!!!!! NONE AT ALL. If you're looking for a place that does not have hot water, this is the place for you. Hotels.com should have a cancel policy if the place turns out to be a hell hole.

Over night stay
There was no hot water to shower the hotel had a horrible smell and the rooms were not very clean at all I would not recommend this hotel not even for a over night stay to fly out in the morning

Well my check-in was supposed to be in at two but I got there at 5:30 and they already had checked me in without me being there why do they do that I don’t know then they didn’t give me any receipt and when I went to the room checked out the room semi-kind of clean curtains off the rack sinks da bomb sink faucet oh not together oh yeah not good

Don’t waste your time & money .
It was absolutely disgusting ! The bed was broken right in the middle . The floors were BLACK & it’s wreaked of cigarettes. I’m usually pretty easy to please but this place was just a mess , they showed me a different room per my request & it was no better carpet peeling from the floor , broken walls. I didn’t even take the chance , We decided to go to a different hotel. However , the staff was very nice .

Deplorable
The hotel advertised shuttle rides to the airport. This was the premise of booking this hotel. Upon checking in I asked what time the first shuttle left as we have a 7AM flight. The deck clerk said they have no shuttle, and I'd have to arrange my own transportation to the airport. The room didn't seem clean, the bed linens were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. The sink was stained and looked dirty. And there was blood spatter on the back of the bathroom door. It's a shame, as we stayed in the same hotel twelve years ago for a park and fly, and the place was pristine! It's a shame that current management has the lack of responsibility and leadership necessary to over look these issue, and not keep website informed of the lack of services they advertise.

The room was moldy, the carpet was extremely dirty. There were no towels or face cloths in the room. The phone didn’t work, the door to the room was not that secure. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I was very tired after tailgating at the Browns football game. If I could get my money back I would!!!

Bathroom door handle was busted. Mattresses were nasty dirty. Cigarette butts were left on the air conditioner in a no smoking room. We had to be moved to another room because there was no water coming out of the bathroom sink. Terrible experience. Will never use Super 8 again anywhere

Would have chosen a different place
After walking in on an argument with the front desk person and four angry people, she was very nice and professional with me (as she was with the former customers). That was not the problem. This hotel either needs extensive renovations, or to be torn down and rebuilt. I regretted staying here, and noticed a lot of young women coming and going from the rooms. Hmmm

It's a very old building. There weren't proper covers on the outlets. The afternoon desk attendant was very nice, but the morning guy was very unhelpful. Their breakfast was non-existant, though they did have coffee. All in all I was disappointed.

It sucks
I am a flight attendant and I have stayed in a thousand hotels. This one ranks as the worst ever. I have pictures. I want a refund for sure. Rust on the luggage rack, rust on both lamps, huge black spots on the carpet, the bed folds into a u shape when you sit on it, no clock, and no house phone. No internet, no shuttle for the airport, and worst of all - the bathroom door wouldn't open after a shower. It sucks. I finally got out by yanking with two hands and then I flew backwards landing on the toilet.

The place was dirty. The comforters on the beds in our no smoking room had burn holes. The water pressure in the showers were horrible. We asked for more towels since we only had 2 for 3 grown people and they wouldnt give us more. Witnessed a man get arrested our last night there. Will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone!
