Hotel et prestations haut de gamme. Piscine, business center avec acces internet gratuit; Chambres très calmes et très spacieuses. Un peu loin du centre. Il faut une voiture pour aller à downtown où au bord du lac.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The suites were so spacious! There was a full-sized fridge and freezer and all kitchen amenities! It was really a wonderful stay and we would totally come back!

Stayed there with my family to observe the eclipse. Although they were busy with the eclipse, they accommodated an early check in for us. Hotel was clean, and they had decorations for the eclipse with some eclipse-themed snacks for the kids. Breakfast was good and they had complimentary snacks and drinks in the rooms. We enjoyed staying there.

The room was amazing but when we arrived around 4:30pm our room, as well as 5-6 other customer’s rooms, were NOT ready. Nothing was done about it other than having us wait in the lobby. We had children with us so waiting in the lobby for an extra amount of time after the check in time had passed was not acceptable.

We did address each guest individually if their room was not ready at 3pm. It looks like we were able to give you a complimentary upgrade from a 2 queen suite to a 2 bedroom suite for extra room and comfort for your family since your original room was not available right away. Had a great stay here. Room (double bedroom/bath) was very spacious and nice. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Slept really well. No outside noise. The breakfast was incredible. So many choices, and it was all very good. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. It really was a great stay. Very highly recommended.

5 Star staff!
I only stayed for one night but I must acknowledge the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. I really enjoyed Ms. Sunshine at breakfast. She takes pride in her job and makes sure to greet everyone in the morning. It felt just like home. The ladies is housekeeping were EXCEPTIONAL as well. Brany and Brittani were amazing. They do a phenominal job. Keira(sp) went above and beyond at check in. We wanted to find a place to eat nearby and made great recomendations. Overall a great place to stay and although I was there for leisure, I would definitely recommend for business travel due to the wonderful staff. 5STARS!

We came for a get away and the pool and hot tub was over run by kids with no supervision and they kept letting other kids sneak in the back door to swim. When my husband and I tried to relax in the hot tub the kids kept shutting off the bubbles and wanted us to leave.

There was a nice size heated pool but the hot tub was very small. Our room was clean. My only complaint about the room itself was the bed. The fitted sheet mattress protector did not seem to fit the mattress and kept slipping off the corners. Decent hot breakfast in the morning. It was convenient that there was a restaurant right across from the hotel.

Everything was fine except a dog was in the room next to ours. We heard the dog bark when we entered the room and then again later. I went to the desk to inform them and the clerk said she would call the occupants of that room. We should have been informed that the room next to ours was open for dogs. We would have asked for another room.
