Property was nice. Room was clean and the bar was open late. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced and not worth it at all. We’ve had better breakfast for free

Nice entry and pleasant reception and information. Interior floors looked old. Room rugs looked stained in some areas. Bedding could use mattress update. Otherwise room looked and felt clean.

For the price we paid through you, we were extremely disappointed . Though fridge and microwave were advertised, there was no microwave and even though we requested one twice we never received one. Also,comfortable and adequate seating with a table to place things on was sorely lacking here. Not happy!

I was disappointed got there to check in was given one price on Expedia then when checked in was given another price which was $70 dollars more i mean what a rip off. And was also supposed to get a discount because rooms were reserved for is for a party there and said i couldn't since i went through Expedia then was offered complimentary breakfast.

Needs work.
The front desk was friendly. $150 security hold is high especially with nothing open on property. They are doing renovations but aren’t maintaining the rooms and halls. Carpet was disgusting everywhere. Ceiling in my shower had mold. Wall thermostat doesn’t work. TV had descriptive captions on and they wouldn’t come off, even when I turned them off manually. Internet was good, location is nice. The hotel was quiet from the outside noise. Bed was worn but sheets did look clean. Overall won’t be back but may be better when they finish updates.

We booked this hotel so our daughter could visit her new college. An indoor pool was what made our initial decision. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit her. The staff is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice. Whatever we needed they accommodated us with a smile... Straight down to switching rooms because we underestimated our family size. (Both rooms were comfortable and clean) The Sunday brunch is SO GOOD! The dinner restaurant/lounge/ bar is beautiful and they have awesome chicken wings! The pool is very big with a perfect water temperature. Overall we are incredibly happy with our stay and, as I said, we will be staying here every time we come to visit.

Liked the location right off the freeway. Our room was very clean. Didn’t like that much of the property was under construction. Multiple Ice makers on our floor and the next floor were out of order. Lastly they took an unexpected $150 security deposit off the card which has not returned to my account two weeks later.

There were no curtains on the windows, so the morning light streamed into the room each morning. I received a card at check-in called "The IHG Daily Room Refresh" which is supposed to include a daily room refresh. A buddy and I stayed in two different rooms for the three days we were in Cleveland and neither of us had our rooms refreshed once in those three days. Aside from these observations, the hotel is conveniently located and the front desk staff was very efficient.

Awful customer service from Heidi the manager . Was told a different amount for an incidentals charge . Manager Heidi pretty much said that I was given we on info from hotel and either pay the fee or cancel my room . And was treated poorly even after I paid it because I had no other choice . Will not stay at this location again .

We arrived at 3pm (checkin time) and there were no rooms. The whole lobby was filled with people who were waiting for rooms and the staff had no clue when rooms would become available. We had to leave for a wedding by 415 so we had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. Very inconvenient and would have picked to stay somewhere where I could have a room at checkin time instead of this location

The location and amenities of this property are both good. Downtown Cleveland is a short, easy drive. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel pool was nice and had it all to myself. The hotel was busy with a convention or something the first night of our stay, so it was noisy. Too much hallway talking and slamming of doors. It didn't help that the bed was super uncomfortable. We kept rolling into each other since it sagged in the middle. Second night was quieter but bed didn't improve. Free buffet was a let down. Bread products were stale and I think the extra stale bread became French Toast. Our room wasn't made up the second day and when I called to enquire, I was told that I had to let them know the night before that we wanted maid service. This is new. I at least wanted clean towels. These took two reminders and a few hours to arrive. The hallways had food containers and empty glasses waiting to be picked up (we were there 3 days...never happened). This is a very tired property - there were some nicer looking hotels nearby, perhaps check these ones out instead.

Went to the lounge in the evening. Female bartenders neglected to wait on us. Long periods between drinks and served everyone around us. Very disappointing. The staff at the front desk could not have been better. Efficient. Friendly. Top notch!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff at the desk when checking in could have been a little more welcoming. Not overly happy. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean so that was more important than if the desk was happy or not
