“Great hotel!”
Great hotel! It was so nice!The location is great and they have a shuttle that will take you anywhere downtown. The staff was great!
“Friendly Staff!”
We were so impressed with the staff! Absolutely every employee we saw was very friendly & helpful!!! I've never experienced such a pleasant staff! We would stay there again!
“cleveland”
I had a mix up from the web site that I utilized to book this hotel. The Supervisor spent one and a half hours trying to accommodate my needs. I believe she went above and beyond to help me. I found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating.
“Super facility”
Very spacious suite. The free breakfast, shuttle around cleveland, and free happy hour drinks made the visit complete. The pool and fitness area also were top notch.
“Shout Out!”
I already recommended this hotel to family members ! The breakfast was something to look forward to (THE BEST) ! And don't forget about the staff who always had a smile on there face ,and always ready to help .The pool guy always made sure to greet you when you walked in as well as when you left ,and on top of keeping it clean (WELL DONE)!
“Convenient location, friendly staff and clean faci”
Very pleasant experience.....staff very efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Large selection of menu items and large -more than adequate dining area. My only little annoyance was the extreme delay in getting an elevator. There was more elevator traffice than what could be handled with the available elevators. Definitely need improvement in that area.
“Amazing experience!!!!!”
This was without a doubt, the best experience our family has ever had at a hotel. We were so well taken care of ! Every single employee was not only unbelievably friendly, but totally helpful. We were repeatedly asked if we needed anything, if they could do anything to make us more comfortable. We commentted several times to each other that we couldn't believe how well we were being treated! Sadly, i think we don't expect that people will go out of their way for you when we travel. This was such a welcome surprise! The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The bar aand restaurant were fantastic. The pool and gym area were amazing and kept so clean. This was really a great place to enjoy a quick trip during our Winter break. We will definately be back and will highly reccomend the Embassy Suites in Cleveland to everyone! Absolutely Great!!!! Thank You!
“Over due weekend away”
I am plenty satisfied with my hotel stay. The free cook to order breakfast and the complimentary drinks in the evening made this more then a value. This is the place for me next time I travel anywhere, I will certainly watch for Embassy Suites again.
“Great Overall Experience”
The rooms were great, especially for the price. A suite with its own kitchenette that includes a fridge, a microwave, and a sink is really handy. The breakfast was ok, the shuttle bus was convenient. We stayed for two nights to watch baseball games at Progressive. We were shuttled to the stadium and had a short walk back. We were also shuttled to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is convenient. The manager's reception with free cocktails and snacks was a nice touch. The only complaint I had about the hotel is that there is no bell service and only a hand full of luggage carts, so getting luggage from the car to the room at check-in and vice-versa at checkout was a little bit of a hassle. Other than that, a great overall experience, I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Cleveland.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel...the best part was the hotel offered a shuttle service anywhere within a 2 mile radius.......was a wonderful weekend and we will be back.......People were friendly, polite and offered suggestios, which we welcomed......Thanks for the GREAT weekend!!
