La chambre et l'hôtel sont très propres et bien situés. Niveau service j'ai moins apprécié. J'ai attendu plus de 30min pour check out de l'hôtel, personne ne s'est jamais présenté à l'accueil. J'ai du laissé une note avec mes clefs de chambre sur le bureau d'accueil sinon j'allais manquer mon avion. J'ai fait le tour et je n'ai trouvé aucun employé. Très décevant, ce n'est pas normal.

tres propre pas aucun bruit dans les chambre mais loin du centre ville chambre propre

The place was ok, but the first room we were assigned had a clogged toilet, the elevators went out of service and we had to walk eight flights to get to our room. They tried to charge us for breakfast which was included. I had to go to the front desk and explain to them before the fee was waived

I really liked the Tudor Arms it was convenient and they had transportation to the Clinic.

Great experience customer service at the front desk explain mostly all of your everything you needed to know from your check in and checking out needs. she even offered complimentary cookies.

The staff at the hotel is excellent. I had a problem with the lock in my room and seeing how exhausted I was from driving and my events, they gave me another room and a breakfast voucher. They’ve been extremely courteous and attentive to my needs, and I appreciate their open and straightforward communication and help.
