“Cleveland Crown Plaza”

I was very happy with the quality of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very well maintained, and best of all, I got it very cheap! Parking was a bit steep, but that's to be expected.

“Billing Dispute”

Have a billing dispute with them. Stayed 2 nights but was charged for 3 nights parking. They have not been easy to work with and the matter has not been resolved two weeks later.

“Great hotel and the staff was wonderful!”

We had a great stay here. Our room was very spacious and central to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!
