They were unable to find my reservation at check in for about 10 minutes even after showing my email confirmation. Ordered a cocktail from their menu and they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. No complimentary breakfast, expensive breakfast choices only available until 9:30AM.

The Westlake property experiance a power failure at the minute we arrived to Check In. The staff handled the situtation very well. I wish some of the other guest handled themselves as well.

The room was clean. The door to the bathroom did not close completely but that was not an issue for me, but would have been if more than one person was sharing the room. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

The room was damp, smelled and the sheets were stained. The staff was friendly and the lobby area is nice, but beyond that this property is in need if major renovation.

Staff was lovely, and beds were comfortable, but the place felt overall kind of shabby. Stains on upholstery, cracked sink, cheap decor. No free breakfast. Did not feel like a good value for the cost

TV Didn't work and internet would not connect. They did move us to another room so the TV worked but internet never connected. On my next trip I'll probably try to find another place to stay.

The room and bathroom was outdated. Part of the wide trip was ripped off and looked like someone tried to do a poor job TRYING to fix instead of replacing. The tub was old and worn and the drain plug was partly bent. Room’s definitely needs updating and more lighting Excellent and friendly front desk customer service

Very easy to get to. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. We could easily walk to many available restaurants. Great stay overall!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the freeway, but we couldn’t really hear the traffic since it’s behind a few restaurants. We had a balcony, which was nice, but no furniture to enjoy it and the screen door was ripped at the bottom and the didn’t stay in the track. Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating. Tub had stains in the bottom, but great hot water pressure.
