“Cleveland Marriott at Key Center”
Everything was fine. The rooms were very comfortable and up-to-date with respect to furnishings and technology. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was better than expected. Overall, this was a very nice hotel experience.
“A Rock and Roll visit.”
The staff worked hard to remember your name and recognize you. Questions about the city were answered even if they had to research them. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and chef on had to handle your special requests.
“Splendid hotel, plus comfiort.”
Great accomodation. Right at center. Comfortable rooms.
“Close to a 10.....okay, maybe a '9.3'”
The room was great.... modern, clean, plasma flat screen TV. My only minor gripes would be that internet service was optional and cost $13 per 24 hour period. Your long distance phone was included in that, however. Still.... you should get free internet connect. The only other thing was the breakfast brunch. It was okay, but it could be better for such a higher end hotel. All in all, I'm not complaining. Stay here.... it will be a good choice. It's also close to Brown's stadium and the Rock and Roll hall of fame.
“Great hotel-stayed at the Ritz-Carlton last time-I'm coming back to the Marriott”
Even though I stayed on a football weekend, the hotel was very clean, the service was great, the breakfast buffet was excellent-with a friendly staff. Last time I stayed downtown I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton-The Marriott was just as good, newer & more reasonable! Beautiful location on the Square.
“One of the best hotels I have every visited”
Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, but the staff was incredible. We arrived with a lot of luggage and 2 bikes. The staff found a home for our bikes, let us take them out to go for a ride, suggested routes and even helped with a repair.
“nice hotel”
Great place to stay. Hotel very nice and clean. Had package with free breakfast and parking. Breakfast buffet very good and parking is no problem since the garage connects to the hotel. Easy walking distance to all sports venues. Lots of road construction, so kind of hard to find at first. Look for the tallest building with a key on the top.
“Beautiful Hotel”
This is a first class hotel, with a wonderful staff. The decor is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. We stay here everytime we are in Cleveland.
“Walking distance to Rock n Roll Hall of Fame”
We had a great weekend getaway in Cleveland and the hotel was certainly part of our positive experience. The location is central -- although there isn't much to DO or see downtown, the hotel is well located in relationship to the Rock n Roll hall of Fame which was one of the reasons for our visit. Breakfast in the morning in hotel restauarant was good and plentiful and the service was great. In fact, the service in the hotel generally was very pleasant. Overall, no complaints whatsoever, a very well run and comfortable place to stay.
“Very very nice”
Most comfortable hotel in many years.
