Good hotel for the price, the best location if you visiting Cleveland Clinic. Nice staff. Beds are not the most comfortable, but otherwise no major problems.

“Extremely close to the Eye clinic”

This hotel location was very convenient for getting to the eye clinic. It was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Not necessary, but missed having online availability in the room. This would have made it easier to stay in touch with family. There was online accesibility in the lobby. I would recommend this to hotel to others. The shuttle service was a plus and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

“Meets needs”

This hotel is not for a weekend getaway. It is for convenient access to Cleveland clinic for patients/family/visitors to clinic. It provides very easy access. The rooms are nice. I found it to be clean, with TV, wireless, iron, hairdryer, but it was not plush. I believe they all have refrigerators that are a bit larger than the usual. It met my needs and the price was much better than nearby hotels that did not have the access.

“Guest House”

First nite cold air came into ill fitting windows, unable to get heater to work. Hot water was very little. Next stay room much better, still a problem with hot water. Close to hospital, bus to take you to your appointments. Staff very nice and helpful. Deli does not open till 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. Food very good but some of us are early risers.

The staff was especially friendly and VERY helpful, especially "Vanessa" who works the sign-in desk. The shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Clinic was invaluable.

Basic hotel but nice and clean, front desk seemed very busy - looked like they could use more help. Friendly staff. I would stay there again if I was a patient at the clinic becasue you can walk to several of the buildings.

They have a long history of serving Clinic patients and families. We had to get maintenance to come because it was hot in the room. Very nice, very prompt, but said it was an older building without individual room heating and air. Cracked a window and it was fine.

Had to visit Cleveland Clinic - the Doc's are the best!
