Stayed for one night before flying home from Shannon airport. Check in was probably the quickest and smoothest we have ever experienced in a hotel. The room was well equipped and comfortable. We had a nice comfortable stay with a quite nights sleep.

OK hotel but not great value for money. Very central. No breakfast included in rate which was quite expensive. Hotel a little tired and in need of some care.

The perfect hotel to stay in. It is in the centre of town and close to everything. Ennis was great to walk around. You could get a great breakfast in Dunns for 5.75€. The museum right outside the door was free and worth a look. What a wonderful stay!!

It’s true, it’s fabulous
Ennis is a lovely little town and this is a very good hotel, steeped in history. The staff were excellent, they couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. Proper Irish hospitality. I only dropped some points because we were woken by some weird noise around 7:30 and it went again around 9am, like someone playing a recorder, but it was outside. I also didn’t personally like the shower, but that’s very personal, it’s ceiling mounted and I have long hair. They did provide shower caps and toiletries, but it would be more eco friendly to have the shower lower, bulk shampoos etc and avoid all the single use plastic and toiletries. That said, we will be back, a very well run, comfortable and welcoming hotel, that well deserves the high start rating.
