“Lovely and close to the airport”
This place is a ten-minute drive to Shannon airport. The hosts are kind and friendly. I asked for them to have a taxi ready for me at 7 am, and it was there exactly at 7. The food there is SUBLIME (though too much food, to be honest!). I wish I could have lingered for breakfast. There's free wi-fi, a big tub for soaking in the room, television and all. The place where meals are served is glassed in, and whether it's sunny or pouring (in my case, both within ten minutes), your view is of horses frisking around and young bulls sparring. What a treasure.
“Outstanding hotel by Shannon Airport”
The place is outstanding. Good rooms, excellent hostesses, and there is a good restaurant for dinner. It is a lovely place in the country with a panaromic view of the countryside. The rates are reasonable.
“Adorable”
I booked this hotel as an overnight stop while I waited to catch a bus from the Shannon airport. I really enjoyed my overnight stay but if I ever go back I will definitly plan on staying longer. It's the kind of place where you want to just go to finish a book or for a slow country vacation with a special someone. The service was above and beyond and the charm alone is enough to make me want to come back.

my son and i recently stayed in this hotel and it was wonderful. very close to the airport, if you needed it. and close to other attractions in the area. everybody was wonderful to me and my 2 yr old son.
“Quaint and Quiet with GREAT food”
Easy location to Shannon airport. Quiet cottage feel, but easy to access main roads to see things. Breakfast and dinner there were awesome! Family owned and all staff was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
“Carrygerry, a little piece of heaven!”
This was perfect for my first day in Ireland! The Carrygerry and it's surrounding area was just so picturesque and serene! The glass enclosed breakfast room was lovely, eating a scrumptious breakfast and looking out over the green countryside with horses and baby donkies in the pasture was amazing! Gillian the proprieter and everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful! The first day I slept most of the day away after my long trip from Forida. I didn't want to take a cab into town, so Gillian was so kind to bring me a scrumptious bowl of seafood chowder with brown bread, tea, and cookies. Her husband is the chef and everything down to the scrambled eggs had the perfect taste and seasoning. If I had rented a car I would have stayed here the whole time, it's a little piece of heaven tucked away about 10 mins from town. The room was cozy and comfy and I just loved my stay there. Don't miss out on this place, it's beauty, serenity, comfort food, cozy rooms, and kind staff will soothe and replenish weary mind, body, and soul!

“Perfect for staying near Shannon Airport or Bunratty Castle”
This charming country house was a delight. Service was excellent. The rooms were outstanding. There is no airport noise, as the flight paths from Shannon do not come near the hotel. Highly recommended.

Booked this for our night before departure from Shannon Airport, thinking of it as a lost night. How wrong we were! This I found to be the nicest of the 4 places we stayed in our week's vacation. Greeted with tea and cookies upon check-in. Allowed to see menu for that evening's price fixe 2 or 5 course dinners, then up to our room. Beautiful, old furnishings, nice view of horses out window. Chose 2 course price fixe dinner, which was plenty. Nice house wine, also. Can't comment on breakfast, as we left by 6 am for flight. For cost, Very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again on first or last day in Ireland.
“Ideal location for day trips of the area”
This is a beautiful old manor home, with a wonderful setting, easy to get to and well located for day trips of the area. The host were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.
