Not a nice experience!

Posted 18-Aug-2014
It was not what we were expecting from a "resort". It is very outdated, the smell in the room is gross, staines and dirt everywere, our room was facing the highway and the noise was....big as the windows are not great at all!!! The staff however is friendly and the shuttle drivar very nice! there are the only reason for two and not one star! Just to know what to expect when you are booking your stay here!

Nice hotel by Kings Island

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: Kids were able to go swimming when we woke up the next morning.
Location: Very convenient to Kings Island
We checked in to the hotel after the park closed and had speedy service. No problem relaxing, showering and sleeping.

Nightmare

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: It was close to the tennis tournament.
Location: Kings Island Amusement Park
I had a two night stay and this was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Shower broke and no drain stop for bathtub, dirty stained carpets, remote for TV was broke, bed sheets were to small for bed and was sleeping on bare mattress in morning. Yuk. No room service provided on day 2 and I had to ask for clean towels on a different floor. No answer when I called front desk and just gave up and was content that we had no bed bugs. This was a cheap hotel 97.00 but this was crazy and so sorry I did not spend 200.00 to get a decent room. Expedia please take this hotel of your list.

Old hotel that needs major renovation

Posted 17-Aug-2014
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close to the Cincy Open and Kings Island...it's only redeeming quality!
Worst experience ever. Dirty carpets, old food left in refrigerator, air conditioner leaked, noisy, etc. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Our room was so bad that they gave it to us at no charge.

Pros: The location is great, it is easy to find and the their transportation service to local events is very good. The breakfast is good.
Cons: The facility needs to be remolded.
Location: A good location for summer activities.
The Hotel is very run down and old, no mattress covers, cheap blankets, worn out sheets, a very stained rug, one hanger.

Bad experience

Posted 15-Aug-2014
Dead bug on wall. Big cobwebs on bathroom lights. Dirty bathroom floor. No mattress cover. Sheet not fitted or tucked in. Stain like red cool aid on floor. Breakfast okay. Best feature was free shuttle to Western & Southern tennis matches.

Gross

There was brown stuff on the bed spread and it smelled funny. I did not feel safe. I did not sleep one minute. Horrible experience!

Beware

Posted 13-Aug-2014
This place is run down and very dirty. The sheets don't fit the beds and the blankets feel like sandpaper. The staff is not helpful and indifferent.

Close to tennis tournament.

Posted 13-Aug-2014
Close to tennis tournament and shuttle service with friendly drivers. Rooms are older with stains on carpet and something's in disrepair. Stay there for convenience to W-S Open in Mason.

Beware

The room was nasty, the sheets on the bed were too small. This hotel is rundown and overpriced!
