“close to the Cincinnati Marathon”

my husband and i stayed here as we were perticipants in the Cincinnati Marathon. we were very satisfied with our stay and was just a short drive to the starting line the next morning.

“Great Hotel, perfect!”

Newer hotel, very clean and easily assessible. The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels and is free. Great indoor pool. Rooms are very nice size. Highly recommend.

“Wonderful Stay”

We stayed at the Hyatt while visiting Kings Island theme park. The hotel was located very close to the park as well as other shops, entertainment and places to eat. Staff was friendly and we will deffinately stay at a Hyatt again!

“employee knowledge”

Hotel was great.Employeee's need to be better trained at the front desk, Before giving a guest a reply to a question concerning a cancelation for there room. Our family heard a little bit to much gossip about there guest, employess and there own problems from around the breakfast area to early in the morning from the morning front desk workers. However, overall nice Hotel.

“The entire trip was awesome and I can't pay enough compliments to the awesome staff!”

During my stay there was really really bad weather. The power was out all over Cincinnati and literally nothing was open. The staff was very courteous and accomodating. This was a very bad situation but I can honestly say it did not cause the staff to change their awesome attitudes one bit. I am very very pleased with my stay. The hotel is beautiful and the accomodations were perfect.

“Excellent place to stay, don't think twice about booking!”

Apon entering the room we were delighted to see that the room was luxurious and very clean. Separate sitting room with wet bar made us feel like we were in a room that should've cost MUCH more! Great place, great staff, excellent experience with value!

“Loved it!”

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are very nice and the staff was excellent. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. When I come back to Cincinnati next year I won't have to wonder where I will be staying because I am going to stay here!
