This is a nice hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again. Well worth the price we paid. Excellent hot breakfast. The building is relatively new and in excellent condition. It's a big building but has two elevators. There was never a wait. Plenty of free parking. Good internet speed - Download 47 Mbps Upload 40 Mbps.

Large stain on the carpet in the suite, smelled like smoke but supposed to be non smoking, mattress needed to be updated. There is also a train that you can hear from the top floor that runs at night. On the upside the queen suite top foot was a good size room and the staff was great

20 cars were broken into right in front of the lobby and “no one” heard anything. Very fishy… do not stay here!!! Unsafe!

The staff were the nicest and friendliest people! We visited on a busy weekend so things were crowded but it just goes to show people would rather have a crowd than stay in the other nearby hotels!

After parking in the front lot outside of the sliding doors, my car got broke into along with 3 other cars. This is absolutely ridiculous to think I can go somewhere for a weekend trip and have my car broken into! I would recommend people to not book at this hotel!

Only issue was our key cards were not activated so had to go back to front desk to have that corrected Staff called to apologize and also brought up gift bags with sone free snacks to make up for the omission. Handled beautifully by Leona & Symphony.

it was convenient and easy on and off the interstate .... night manager and desk clerk need to be on the same page ... couldn't get into pool area had to be let in after being told to go to the room to get ID? weird

Overall this is a solid hotel. The food could’ve been better in the cafeteria area but it was standard hotel food. Main thing is while the rooms were very clean, I found the beds were too soft for my back. There wasn’t really any support in the mattresses. Pillows were excellent but that was my main issue as I have back problems.

We have been here 2 times and it still didn't disappoint. The staff was more than inviting and welcoming. They upgraded our room to. Jacuzzi suite without us asking. We were celebrating my husband's birthday! It was very nice of them.
