“Great!”
I commute 3 hours a day at the moment. On this day I was too exhausted to drive so the hunt for a hotel began. I ended up going to Crowne Plaza by coincidence and I am so happy that I did. Everyone was friendly and the room was great. I will definitely stay here in the future! Also, while at Crowne, I went to their in-hotel restaraunt Tradewinds. The food was great! And the staff was also friendly. From the woman who seated me to the chef who checked on the meal and service to my waiter Chris who was EXCELLENT! If acknowledgement is given for service Chris definitely deserves it. Even at the end of the night before closing I was not rushed or given anything short of wonderful service. Overall I was very impressed and happy.

The desk introduced herself then proceeded to explain the extras that was offered for free at check-in. The was nice\clean and clutter-free. The hotel has a restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room, and a computer room. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Sharonville-Cincinnati area. I arranged this hotel through Expedia while driving to the area. Expedia had sent all of my information within a matter of minutes.
“Much Better than Expected!”
I was worried since I booked this as an unpublished hotel rate, and the reviews were not so good. But this hotel was fine! Our first room was not as clean as I would like when I checked in, but within 10 mins they had us moved to a much cleaner room two floors up:) The staff moved all our luggage for us and the fridge we had in our room was no charge due to the other room not meeting our standards. The beds were comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. Walmart and Target are around the corner so we opted to purchase somethings to eat for breakfast rather than weight in the long line to Tradewinds. The pool was very crowded after 9pm since Coco Key closed at 9pm. Coco Key was fantastic for the kids, and adults as well. We werent expecting to have so much fun there but we did! Location is great right next to a high school but traffic was very light. Lots of places to eat and shop closeby. And if heading to Newport or Lawrenceburg for the day they are very close within 20-30 mins.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay that's centrally located to all the attractions in Cincy for a good price, the Crownw Plaza is the hotel for you!
“Great stay”
I had read some reviews about the layout of the hotel being confusing, and it is a little, but the hotel staff is aware of it and will give you directions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is attached to a water park, but the hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool.

Took Grandaughters here and then went down to the water park without going outside in the cold. Wasn't too crowded and they had a great time
“Very Nice for the price!”
I was impressed with this Crown Plaza, seemed updated and was clean... Was able to check in early and girl behind the desk was helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable, all though shower water pressure could of been a little better. Would stay here again if I head back to the area...
“Hotel is OK”
This hotel is a very large, conference-style hotel which is not what I would prefer for normal overnight, casual stays. Some other reviews that I read made me nervous to stay here but the place was fine.
