The pool and hot tub looked questionable at best, I didn't want to get in either. The property was under construction and the dining hall had a leak in the roof presumably from the room above. However the staff was accommodating when they were available.

The staff were rude and you should not be charging $100 deposits when people pre paid the room months in advance. I still have not received my deposit back. The whole hotel stunk due to the renovations gave me a headache should have been notified of this ahead of time so I could’ve made other accommodations. We had lots of kids in rooms around us running around all night making it hard to sleep. And the hot tub was disgusting could not even use it and was a main reason we booked here had a nasty foam floating on top and water was yellow disgusting. I asked the front desk if there was vending machines anywhere to get a snack and drink she said 2nd floor the only thing on the 2nd floor was an ice machine and gumball machine!!! Is that vending?!??! Overall a horrible stay never again!

Property is older and is undergoing a refresh. Active patching and painting is going on 3rd floor where hallway carpet is badly stained with paint. Ceiling tiles were missing above tables in the room where breakfast is served and part of the room was draped with plastic. Staff was friendly and helpful but the work being done on the property had a negative impact on our stay.

the rooms are clean staff is friendly - check-in/out process was smooth - but the pool area gets noisy and crowded so we did not use it. Breakfast is ok - double waffle maker was awesome. Room does did have shampoo and lotion but did not have conditioner. if that's important you may want to bring your own. overall good experience and will stay again.

Overall, not satisfied. They had drunk people keeping us from sleeping, and did nothing to stop them from screaming all throughout the night. Then, the third floor construction started briggt and early, so we got little to no sleep. Brought it up to hotel staff throughout the night and they did nothing. Not coming back.

Convenient location with easy parking and highway access. I would not choose a first floor room due to the activity back and forth to the pool and dining area. It can get noisy. Overall, it's a great choice for families and close to attractions.

There were about 40 kids running and jumping screaming in the pool and hot tub. No one did anything about that so if you want a location where you can let kids run wild and there will be no consequences. This would definitely be the hotel for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing evening, don’t waste your time. in the middle of the night there were children running through the hall, screaming as well

The pool filter was not working which is extremely unsafe and disgusting.It is unsanitary for a filter to be broken in a pool due to the germs and stagnant water builds up due to lack of filtration. Additionally the refrigerator was not working and the heat was not working. It was 10 degrees out side and I had to put my furnace on 89 to get some heat in my room. For the amount of money I paid I am very disappointed. I complained to the staff but they didn't even show any concern for it. I requested to speak to management. Additionally, my husband and I were in the parking lot smoking a cigarette and there was 2 gentleman sitting in a car conducting a drug deal and trying to sell it to us. I didn't feel safe nor comfortable at all.

The pool and hot tub were closed due, due to maintenance. We specifically chose this hotel to use both, but neither Expedia nor the Best Western hotel disclosed this information to the public. Furthermore, Expedia did not provide provisions for changing or cancelling our reservation) even though I purchased the "Hotel Booking Protection plan". I will never use Expedia again

We had a second floor room, twice during the stay the elevator was not working. My husband can’t do stairs. They also started Jack hammering the hot tub which was directly below our room. Could not relax in our room during the day. We choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which we were not able to use for over half our stay
