"Great quiet hotel and very friendly staff. "

"When we arrived the old man at the desk had trouble finding our reservation. He did not speak any English, and my Thai is not very good. He called another woman who spoke a little bit of English and who helped him find our reservation. The hotel is older, but the room was clean enough. The beds were quite hard, and there was space between the doors, allowing mosquitos inside. The location is quite out of the way. If you don't have your own transportation, I don't recommend staying here. For locals who speak Thai and have their own transportation, it might be okay."

"Difficult to communicate in English. Only one desk staff seem to grasp the language & was not to friendly . Chumphon is a lovely old Thai feeling area. Not many tourists.mostly a stop over place"

"It is great spot for one nighter , driving down south . Really nice . Must have your own transportation. Beach full of plastic garbage but as we were leaving the nest day saw about 50 people picking up the garbage. So that was nice to see. "
