Well located, very clean and quiet. Very good value for money. The owner was also very knowledgable and helpful with economic transport arrangements.

“Great Location; Awesome beds”

Walked in to the room that appeared old or dated. Fortunately, the room was spotless (clean) and orderly. Turns out to have exceptionally comfortable beds; one queen is in the main room and three singles/twins in the bedroom. The bathroom was very small but workable; there were extra linens available in the room. You cannot ask for a better location in Christchurch; solid ground just around the corner from a dozen restaurants and a short walk to downtown.

“Great stop”

Complex a little dated but otherwise ticks all the boxes. Great location opposite the park, easy to access, good parking, clean, comfortable. Staff professional, friendly, very helpful. We were short on time so only able to stay one night but if time permits make the most of the location and see a bit more of ChCh.

“Excellent”

The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean, tidy and well laid out. Self catering facilities were all provided. The location was very handy to the city, parks and botanical gardens.

“Awesome experience , clean, close to transport etc”

You were so helpful & warm in providing us with all the information about sites to see, transportation, bookings etc. Our room was very comfortable, clean, felt like home away from home.
