Receptionist no personal touch and had to find her to check in . Shabby and not that clean bar area and toilets . Bar staff very friendly. Breakfast basic .

Proper lovely pub with rooms
This place never fails to provide brilliant friendly service, excellent food and real good selection at the bar. Must say, it's one of my favourite business stopovers, will definitely be back again.

Fabulous old Inn.
Absolutely great hotel, even with Covid-19 restrictions in place the staff were friendly and helpful and it's a great place to stay. Rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and great in room facilities, topped off with a lovely full English breakfast in the morning. I will definitely be there again soon.

Lovely short stay.
Really nice stay. The room was lovely as was the pub, restaurant and garden. Attentive staff who upheld the social distancing rules perfectly. Hightly recommended.

Great service and real value for money
This was my second stay at the Bulls Head and it was as good as the first. I initially stayed at the Bulls Head because the hotels near Greenwich tube station were full and it is now my first choice. Excellent value at less than 50% of hotels nearer Canary Wharf but just a 10 minute drive. Staff are really helpful, restaurant is good and I was given a late check-out with no fuss or cost. The free parking is a bonus!

Hotel good - but didnt sleep well
Nice beer garden at rear - enjoyed the hotel but had issue with room 16 - noisy air con unit and rattling windows kept me up all night. This was dealt with by reception in the morning and a free night was issued - excellent customer service by hotel

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY IDEAL LOCATION VERY GOOD F
The usual excellent service was maintained very clean and quiet food menu had many varied choices had family over for a meal in the bar no complaints everyone was happy ideally situated for visiting Bromley Sidcup etc near the M25 Dartford Tunnel Only downside had difficulty parking my car at the hotel 2100 hrs bars were packed solid with everyone enjoying themselves on a Friday evening Other than that all went well will stay again when circumstances permit

Noisy Room
I was woken at 1.30 with crashing and a noise that sounded like a very loud extractor fan/generator, went on through the night, every time I almost got back to sleep it would wake me again. Staff very nice, acted as if it was one off and part refunded my room cost but I was annoyed when I got home to see previous reviews with exact same issue. They should not be letting rooms where people can’t sleep due to noise when they know full well there is an issue. Avoid room 10 (and it seems 11 too) at all costs.

Dear Charlotte, Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that you were disturbed during your stay. The issue was due to our cellar cooling fans. These are on a fixed timer, to avoid disturbance. There was a maintenance issue which has now been resolved. Please note that room 10 & room 11 are on different floors. Many Thanks
