With price in mind, this is one of the better places to stay.

“Change of Ownership Going Through Transition”

This was a former Holiday Inn Express and the new owners were attempting to get their operations in order. As such, the price for the room was very reasonable. The rooms were clean.

“Ex- press no more.”

This hotel is currently under bank receivership; no longer a Holiday Inn Express franchise. Staff is very limited, but competent. Beverage, snack machines empty; however, there was early morning coffee in an off-lobby room. Hard to beat the price.

“Good price, nice room, but bad services”

The good: Quite reasonalble rate from Expedia, very nice room (beds, desk, decor...), really worth the money!!! The bad: 1) Asked for 2 rooms to be together, but the staff never bothered checking my reservations, so one was lost, they had to call Expedia when I arrived...so 2 rooms were apart ( my elderly parents need constant attention, so I had to run between 2 rooms, very stressful!). 2) Forgot to make up one room the 2nd day; 3) Knocked on the door for cleaning at 7:30 AM on a Sunday morning, even I told the front desk not to come until 11:00 AM!!! 4) Phone's message light was blinking, so I checked and heard there were 35 messages!!! I gave-up on deleting them - the hotel should do something to make sure no old messages for the new guests!!! 5) Front desk people were not friendly...

“Stomp, drop and slammin'”

Although I loved the hotel (formerly a Holiday Inn Express), the annoyance of the long-term resident above my room (I was is 213, so I guess it was 313) was significant. I can't imagine how much a person or persons can stomp and slam as much as this one. I was was there three night, but had to call downstairs on the second night 'cause it seemd like there was a political rally going on upstairs! I came to find out that there were several laborers staying there who were working on a hotel down the street. So, it wasn;t really the hotel nor the ammenities, but rather the resident upstairs that rates my comfort level to just 'OK.'

“Good value for the price”

I had read on this site that the hotel desk staff was not pleasant.....in our case this could not be more far from the truth. The front desk clerk did everything that we asked of her, and always with a smile! The room was clean but bare bones. No digital alarm clock. The pool area and work out room were small, but suited our needs. We paid a bargain rate and felt that we got more than our money's worth.

“Overall ok stay, but not the most kept up place.”

Hotel was ok, nothing too special. Staff was a bit slow and tried to charge me an extra charge before I left, but they were able to resolve the issue quickly. Room is very spacious and has a small kitchenette...for the most part things like towels & sheets were clean, but floors and furniture were very dusty! At one point I dropped something on the floor in the bathroom and when I touched the ground my hand was full of dirt and dust (yuck). Also, one other thing I should mention, because of their lack of staff random bums are free to just wander in. One super intoxicated bum was wandering the halls and was following my partner around... this made us extremely uncomfortable and we didn't feel safe.

Nice for the price. Not the best in confort and localization but good for those who look for a place to stay.

“Clean but noisy”

We had reservations but front desk could not find them....good thing we had our confirmation with us. Hotel clean but rooms facing freeway are very noisy.
