“Can't wait to go back”
Chino Hills, CA Hampton Inn & Suites was a wonderful place to stay during our 2 week vacation. Our room was very nice, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many choices and different hot foods to choose from everyday. We were greeted everyday and asked if we needed anything, maps, directions etc. and when we arrived back at the end of our day we were asked if we had had a good day. We really enjoyed getting to know everyone and will definitely be going back and staying there again.

My stay was exactly as planned. Everything was fantastic. I plan to make HamptonInn my place of stay the next time I am visiting family in the area
“Will go back”
Everything was very nice, clean and quiet. Small problem on Friday night with kids in the parking lot coming out from the movie theatre next door. I soon discovered the back parking lot and all was well.

The area is very safe and mostly better class residential. There is plenty of parking available. If you have the time the movie house is at the opposite side of the mall is a short walk away. 1.5 mls south is an upscale shopping mall "The Shoppes" with additional dinner alternatives, I was very pleased with the Woodranch BBQ & Grill the food, service and interior are first class. I ordered sufficient that I had a doggie bag of chicken breast and sides which turned into a great breakfast using the microwave in the breakfast area next day. Incidentally, the hotel breakfast is sufficient for a good start to the day but the aroma of my chicken wafting through the room was totally unfair! OK, for a short 12mile drive from the airport area zoo! you can find a comfortable stress free refuge. Be careful! I almost booked the Hampton at the airport by mistake. Yes I would recommend this hotel to a friend, thank you Chino Hills Hampton Inn.
“Very nice staff, nice room, very clean!”
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and have stayed there twice now and plan to go back again next year. They offer an excellent breakfast as well. The only thing I would change is I think they should leave the coffee out longer and put it out earlier than 6 am. I had to catch a flight really early and would have loved a decent cup of coffee before I left the hotel, and the coffe in the room is terrible. They do not have a restaurant in the hotel, but there are several all around it walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel, we had a great experience.

Now THIS is what hotels should be like! The bed was SO comfortable (better than my own at home); the bathroom was spacious; the water pressure in the shower was strong; the wireless internet was not only free but fast and it stayed connected; TV reception was great. I was impressed with everything that Hampton Inn & Suites had to offer. Everything was so clean and new. I'd stay here again.
