We got early checkin for a disabled handicapped room. Room had AC system that didn't have a thermostat. Had to select heating or cooling, fan speed -- high or low but no automatic which requires thermostst. Also had no idea of cooling and heating settings from 1 to 5 without knowing until you decided it was too hot or cold. The area was due to get cold but to not have the room not get too cold we had to run the heater on low all night. We have stayed in this franchise owners in Green River, Ut and it had an automatic thermostat. The bathroom fan was also very noisy. Breakfast was a disaster. A badly planned buffet. Juice in hard to open cartons but no plastic glasses. They bring coffee to the table. You get one paper napkin with stainless fork and knife but no spoon to stir your coffee. Choice of 2 lukewarm gravies for dried out for luke warm biscuits which barely could make a butter patty soft. 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage patty what was barely warm. We couldn't finisg the sausage patty. Room temperature danish pastry. No toast. No microwave which many buffets have to add heat which isn't there. There was also yogurt and cold cereal.
The shocker was the Free Breakfast came with a check saying we had 2 buffets at $14.75 each but was deducted. We were supposed to the local Indian pay sales tax of $3.50+. We could have had a nice breakfast somewhere else, but after complaining to the on duty manager, the charge was removed. Tap water is tinted yellow!
