"Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff"
I only stayed one night, it was very quiet and I feel comfortable. I think I will come back again if I have chance to go to Toronto. They have all basic need for travelers: Hot water kettle, bottler water, WiFi, fridge, microwave...etc.

"Gem of a hotel"
Great location. Huge room. Helpful staff. Free breakfast and wifi. Really good hotel in an ideal location - walk distances from most sights plus near all the street car lines. Couldn't fault the hotel.

"Nice Budget Hostel for Young Backpackers"
Second time I chose to stay here, and everything was nice and smooth as the first time. Staff was always my favorite part of the stays here, as they were all professional, smiling all the time, and pleased to offer help and travel advises. Basically this is a hostel, but what you get is a big private dorm room with a/c, plenty of storage space plus wifi fast as rocket, and above all, in the heart of downtown Toronto with ROM and Queen's park nearby. Washroom needs more maintenance though, and some guests would not flush (it's true) after using. Only drawback. Overall this place is a gem for me and I will definetely come back for another stay when I visit Toronto next time. Those who were unsatisfied, cmon! It's Toronto and you got such a cheap and nice place to stay!

"decent value for money"
great location downtown toronto on a budget. hotel was clean but basic and had the added bonus of a kitchenette for those who might want to save by making their own meals. I was satisfied with my stay. although decently clean bed was not super comfy.

"good price for location"
ran into problems with expedia booking. paid double first nite...then had to check out at 11am and wait until 3 to check in for the next two nites due to room change. then they had no reservation when I checked in at three. spoiled my trip somewhat due to packing and unpacking. no frills, dorm living yet beautiful campus. loud with summer kids staying for camp in same dorm. also had to move from one building to another.

"It does the job, close to many things and cheap."
