"Baseball weekend"
We were able to park at the Hotel and enjoy the experience of walking around the area which is within easy distance to Kensington Gardens. China town and the fashion district. Not to long a walk to the Skydome either. Comfortable room. Good Queen bed and reasonably equipped cooking facility. Good Deal for our three games.

"Great location and price "
You really cannot beat the location. A few blocks south of Bloor St and north of College so there are plenty of bars shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Chinatown and literally right on one of the main bus/tram lines so buy a daily transit pass and you can get anywhere in the city. For the price you won't find anything better. Students slamming doors at random hours can be a problem if your a light sleeper but other than that everything is as advertised. Will stay here again for sure.

"Good for a quick gettaway."
Stayed on night in a private room to have some privacy. Location was great, room a bit small but clean and simple. Walls are thin, could hear people snoring one room over. Overall, not a terrible experience, would stay again as a one-nighter.

"Good for a cheap stay"
If you need to stay somewhere close to the downtown core of Toronto for cheap, this place will do; but the people in charge were fairly unreliable and easily confused.

"Nice hotel close to Island Airport good food close"
Needed overnite accommodation before flying out of Island Airport and was not prepared to pay $350+ for the night. Remarkable restaurants close by for dinner and kitchenette provided what we needed for a quick breakfast. Quiet area, parking at the door at a reasonable price.
