"A Room to Crash at for my Weekend Visit"
Upon arrival, had to pick up the phone with a direct line to contact the manager (?) for entrance. Then noticed my key in an envelope taped to the wall, and the key code for the door readily visible for anyone to come and use . . .. thereby not very secure. What bothered me the most was someone tapping then knocking on the door or something for over half an hour at 3- 3:30 in the morning and no management present to deal with it.

"Center of China town …"
The hotel rooms are very small but clean. Hotel does not have air-conditioning … might be unbearable on hot days. Not to far form the subway station. On a bus line. No parking lot Overall great location for the price.

"Japanese style accommodation"
It is a hotel of Japanese style. As the Japanese always do, the room has been kept quite clean and clear. However, I found the late check-in policy after booking, while it was already too late to cancel the booking. I paid the 20 CAD for late check-in after 10 pm. It was a really displeasing memory!

"Great place for traveller's on a budget"
This place was an excellent choice for my fellow traveller and I. We were on a budget and were only going to spend two nights in Toronto. We had limited time, and wanted to see most of the city. We didn't want to drive everywhere, and wanted to walk around and see what the city had to offer. This place allowed us to do all of that. The University is located right in the heart of downtown. A few blocks away, there's plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and gorgeous sights to see. Traveling was extremely easy as we did most of it by foot, and we rarely used our car. The only downside to that, we had to park at a parking lot that was $12 for two nights, and the car had to be out of the garage by 8am on the last day. The things that could use improvement: More comfortable beds, better sheets, Wi-FI needs to be added to each floor. If these are "must haves" for you, then this isn't the place for you to stay.
