The Wifi was very poor, had better service outside of the Burger King. Rooms had cobwebs on the ceiling and dog hair on the back side of the curtains. Got locked in one section of the hotel as key cards do not cover all public doors. Staff where great but hotel has many miles on it and only access to the second floor is by stairs.
The hotel is being used for social housing.(?). People going up and down stairs all night. Smoking and talking infringe of our room. There were dirty towels hanging in the shower. The door was poorly hung and you could see into the hallway through the crack. Booked a king room, which was at the front of the hotel, at the front doors, under the stairs going up and had dozens of people smoking and talking outside our window all night.

As soon as I pulled up in the parking lot I noticed people just lurking around in the parking lot. It became pretty apparent they were mostly drug addicts being housed at the hotel. They were everywhere outside smoking and dancing around because they couldn’t stay still. It was disgusting. The lobby is the only place they spent any money on. The hallways and stairs are filthy and worn out. Front desk staff was pleasant. On the second floor there was a whole wing for what appeared to be quarantine with signs all over do not enter like the walking dead. This place was over run with low life’s making noise all night and doors slamming in the hall all night. It was just terrible! If hotels are going to have social housing programs and quarantine areas then it should be listed online before you book! I will never stay there again!

Drug smoking, dogs barking, kids screaming, doors slammimg. Hallways were filthy. I checked out early and they kept an extra night charge which was unacceptable!

Was very loud, people walking up and down the stairs could be heard all night aswell could hear lobby music from the room. Carpet was pretty dirty cigarette burns in blanket and on tub. Will not stay again.

The lobby and stairs were really worn as well as some of the furniture in the room. The bed was very firm, could use a little softer bed. King room was a really nice size. The walls and door jam of the bathroom needed to be cleaned but other then that it was ok.

I absolutely didn't enjoy my stay here. I wouldn't recommend staying here especially if you're coming with a family. Hallways and rooms smell so bad. You can hear people talking in the other room beside you. They need to renovate and make better sound proof walls.

Has turned into a den of low life dirt bags, been 4 years since staying there, what a change. People out side dealing drugs all night loud people in hallways all night. Not a good place to stay for normal people!!!

Unfortunately the room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, the sink was plugged. On the positive staff was very friendly and the price was cheap. Rooms aren't very sound proof, hallway noise kept us up most of the night.

When first entering the building was very updated. Linnen in the beds were clean but rooms as a whole were not kept very clean. There was cigarette butts in the bathroom sink drain, old q-tip on the bathroom floor, towels extremely worn out.

The Chilliwack Travelodge is a great stay. The rooms are nice and tidy, and the beds are comfy too. The manager and his staff are friendly people. I'll be back 👍

Our only complaint would be about the mattress - we would have preferred a larger mattress to the double that we had. Possibly our own fault, anyway! Other than that, the front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. Though we didn't partake in their facilities, they are available, for those who wish to have a swim, fitness session, etc.
