“A Nice Stay”

We found the hotel and staff to be excellent. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything in this small village.

“Ramada Hotel Harrison: Disappointing Hotel”

Simply disappointing stay. Booked a single queen bed room, but when we arrived they said they didn't have any available so we'd have to take a room with two twins! I did not accept this and asked for something larger and then was offered a room with two queens. I was very shocked to get to the room and find two twins...not queens. Very disappointing attitude from employee and treatment. Carpeting in the room was very dirty and stained. Antiquated amenities, tv and even coffee maker were dirty and unacceptable. Bathroom was a mess, toilet seat was too big for the toilet and had no cover. Made getting in and out of the shower difficult. Exercise facility was locked from 12 midnight till 10AM. Unacceptable as I was not able to get a workout done before breakfast. This should be accessible by any guest with a room key but this was not.
