Great location! They make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best thing is the amazing customer service especially from the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet.

Room was really nice. It was a 2 bedroom, the only downside was the smaller room didnt have a tv. The property was pretty, the ice machine didnt work. The outside pool was dirty. The inside pool was also alot smaller than expected. It is also needed to be cleaned.

I think the pictures are from when it’s still new it was not even close to the pictures. The couch had big stains and overall the cleaning could use an upgrade

Check in was a breeze. Room as clean and are is secure. Has great amenities, but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. We were visiting relatives. The free breakfast was A . Everything was made fresh and plenty of options for the family. Will look to stay again.

The suite was roomy and met my needs well. I asked for cookware, and the hotel provided so I could cook in my kitchen. Hot breakfast was good. I used the heated, indoor pool twice and enjoyed it greatly. The hotel was about a mile from the city center. Public transportation was available nearby. The trip to/from airport or cross-country bus required a taxi ride.

No tenían listo la habitación que ya estaba previamente reservada,el baño huele feo, las toallas están muy viejas,las almohadas son lo más incómodo que hay, el desayuno sabemos que es continental pero literal los frijoles eran agua. Lo único bueno de el hotel es el staff siempre muy atento y amable

The floor of the room was very very dirty I have a little Baby he was crawling all around and his clothes and hands ended very very dirty, the bathroom without enough ventilation with black mold.

Nice, convenient, suite with 2 rooms, kitchen and living room, very comfortable, 2 swimming pools. one under cover. I'll definitely will recommend.

Great hotel with clean rooms. Great options of two pools. Also free breakfast was very good. The Wifi was slow but I guess if you are on vacation well that should not worry you. There a great coffee place at walking distance.

Our family booked several rooms here for the weekend. Even though the room that I booked was not available upon check-in for my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and overall service that was provided. The front desk made things right later that day and the hotel crew went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Comfy beds, breakfast was okay but there service in the dining awesome, they went the extra mile to feed us after food service ended. Area was clean and I believe they remodel the hotel couple years ago.

Room size and setup was great, with living room and kitchen areas. We did find the carpeting was not vacuumed and the kitchen floor was sticky, looked like someone had dropped a drink and it was not mopped prior to our arrival. Hotel location is not within walking distance to anything but hotel van will take you and pick you up which worked out great for us. Staff was ok. Felt a bit uncomfortable with area as we drove up very dark street and barbed wire around the facility wall did not give us a great sense of security for the surrounding area. They do have a gated entry and a security guard on the premises. Free breakfast offerings were ok.Overall hotel was ok.

Our check in experience was excellent, we had just arrived from El Chepe and the concierge was very hospitable, offering us free transfer, packed lunch because of early departure, wake up call and free happy hour drinks. Impeccable service and welcome. Our room was impressive like a suite!
