“Room”

The hotel should inform customers that it is beside a club that plays music to 2am. The rooms and the halls has a smell to them. The staff were extradonarily nice and attentive and room were clean. Because of the reason I was visiting, if I came back again for the same reason, I would stay in the same hotel, despite the music. Location was good.

“Not so clean”

dirty carpet in our room/ crusty food remnants under the desk . Hallways had peeling wallpaper and dirty carpets. The lobby/food area were all pretty and remodeled but once you went beyond that - yuk!

“Pretty awful”

Room was filthy and falling apart. Mold in the shower, you didn't want to touch anything. Broken chair at the desk. Overall depressing.

“It worked, but I would pay more to stay elsewhere.”

This hotel has fallen under different management many times in the last decade or so since I had stayed here. I was sorry to see that the hotel looked like it had not been updated at all since then. Peeling wallpaper, barely working toilet, and outdated decor all added to the feeling that this place had not been very well maintained. The service at the hotel was satisfactory, the room served its purpose as a place to sleep and we were upgraded from a two double bed room to a two queen room for no charge. I would gather the rooms were exactly the same size though, so the upgrade didn't necessarily help much but it was appreciated.

“Did not like the hotel”

This is a low quality hotel. I did not feel safe. My room was on the highway side and the noise kept me up. It takes for ever to get service. It took a full day to get my phone to call long distance.

“Completely let down!!”

I stayed in this hotel two years ago and it was wonderful. We went back recently and I was not impressed at all. Our room smelt like cat urine and the service overall was terrible. The gentleman at the desk who checked us in was very nice, however the young lady who checked us out was rude and more interested in talking with her friend than finding out if we were all set. I will not be using the hotel again and would not reccommend it to anyone traveling in the area. There are other hotels in the area that although may cost you more you will have a better experience.

“A very bad experience.”

Complaint is with Expedia and the hotel. We reserved a non smoking room but were stuck with a smoking room because Expedia can not guarantee this type of request when room is booked. Entire first floor and lobby smelled. Nightclub next to hotel was very noisy in the evening. Electronic room key kept malfunctioning so we could not open door. Free breakfast was limited and closed early before posted time.

“Chicopee”

The room was run down, smelled of stale tobacco (I specified non smoking) and mold, the curtains were falling off the rod, I could see the parking lot through the poorly fitting air conditioner, and there was no closet or place to hang my clothes! To her credit, the desk clerk was lovely and tried to accomodate me, found me a new room which smelled a bit better and had a rod to hang clothes, but it was still worn and uncomfortable, and looked dirty. The clerk graciously refunded my deposit (I booked for 2 nights, and offered to pay for one), because I just couldn't stay the night

“Rooms outdated/gross!”

Staff was very nice. Room was gross. I had orginally made plans to stay two nights, but decided to only stay one. We were on the second floor and the walls had marks all over them and the sink was located on a rug. It was just nasty and I was very displeased when I opened the door to the hotel room!
