Don’t bother complaining. They won’t do anything about it. We had someone leave a screaming dog for 6 hours and when they finally came back the guy started hitting the woman he stayed with. Staff did nothing. We checked out early.

Mold in several areas of the bathroom. Towel rod falling off. Grab bar on shower loose. Blood stains on bath mat and bathroom wall. Generally poor maintenance.

I say was absolutely splendid the lady at night at the front desk was super helpful she made a stressful situation so less stressful. The staff have been out of this world remarkable

Pretty bleak
The reception staff was friendly, but… there were stains on the sheets and bed cover, sink stopper was broken, we found a couple small what I’m pretty sure were roaches running around. The upstairs neighbors were up all night keeping us awake (maybe that’s not the hotel’s fault), we woke up to a pile of “strange” trash on the ground outside our room (that didn’t get picked up all morning). A small coffee pot would have been nice - most hotels have some option for making coffee in the room. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I realize it was an inexpensive price so maybe I shouldn’t complain, but we felt the room was pretty bleak and rundown, and other than friendly staff, no care was taken to make this a welcoming experience.

Everything was great but the room was not clean. The shower was dirty with hair and the floors were sticky, can't really complain for a $90 room. The front office did call and check to see if i was satisfied within 20 minutes upon arrival.

The clerk sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. There wax urine in the toilet. The bed was obviously slept in. When i told the clerk, she acted as though it was an inconvenience. Then said i had to pay for a room change

All in all, a great deal and clean place to stay.
The young lady at the desk was very helpful. After we saw our room, i asked for an additional blanket to cover the bed. The bedspread was disgustingly gross with stains. The room,bath, floors, micro, fridge and furnature and towels were all clean. The entry door needs some weather stripping though, the large gaps around the door made the room drafty and noisy. The room faced the hiway... the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat... oh, and they had coffee in the lobby, ice, drinks and snacks available. Dennys is right next door.

When I checked in I was only given 1 key for 3 adults. I asked for a couple of extra pillows but they said they didn’t have any and the shower wasn’t clean it has someone else’s hair on the wall and a dirty smear across the wall. The floor wasn’t the cleavers either and I have a toddler that picks up everything! Also the bathroom only had 2 big towels for 4 ppl!! Are we supposed to share used dirty towels? I’m not impressed with the amenities or the cleanliness!

For the longest time I didn't really care for motel 6, don't know why, but this stay and the stay about 2 weeks ago has completely changed my mind. Motel 6 is probably the cleanest and most fair priced places in Chico. And the people that work here are more than friendly and helpful, This place definitely deserves 5 stars...

I use this property often and LOVE it. It's centrally located so everything that you would need is easy to get to.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area especially Avish at the front desk making my stay a true delight. The property is located next to the freeway, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable and having a fridge and microwave makes the midnight snack that much better.

My family was in town for our daughter's college graduation. The motel was conveniently located for the festivities. The price was very extreme, as was all other hotels in the area for that week.
