Everything was satisfactory, except the noise level. You can hear people walking passing by your room, and the middle area!

We checked in around 7pm and that process went smoothly. I had reserved a non-smoking, double queen w a sofa bed. There were no extra bed sheet sets in the room. I called down to the front desk and requested an extra pillow along with a set of sheets. I waited an hour, never saw my request get delivered. Called back down to the front desk and was told she will msg housekeeping again. Waited close to another hour, and my husband had to go down to see what the hold up was. Front desk never received confirmation from housekeeping that request was completed. Apparently, housekeeping had gone home for the night??? Would have appreciated better communication between front desk personnel and housekeeping.

Some of the furnitures and beddings are not adequately maintained. Assigned rooms in a contiguous fashion even though there are plenty empty rooms available in the property (few cars in the parking lots. As a result, not able to get a good night of sleep with noisy neighbors on both sides of our room. Will not recommend this property!

Housekeeping didn't come the entire time we stayed--we were told "they come early so if you're not out by 8am they won't clean your room." Walls are paper-thin so we all woke up at 2am to a full-on brawl next door, followed by the loudest snoring I've heard in my life. In brief, if you're a heavy sleeper and wake up early, you will love this hotel. If you are a normal sleeper and might jolt awake in the middle of the night to people literally screaming at each other and then snoring louder than jet planes, and then jolt awake yet again at 8am to Housekeeping banging on your door, you will definitely want to stay elsewhere.

Cost efficient and luxurious!
I am amazed by how cost efficient a stay here is and at the value given for the cost. The room I stayed in had two rooms - one with a couch & TV and one with the bed. There was a door separating the two rooms. It was cozy! And the bed was super comfortable. Clean and artfully decorated. I think there's local art to be found all over the hotel. It is truly amazing and when I go back to Chicago, I will be staying there again. Plus, shout out to Sunny who offered to help me get my luggage to my car and helped me with Breakfast. He was so kind and helpful!!

Bathtub has black fungus marks around the edges, fire alarm in building went off twice , housekeeping knocked on door I asked if they could clean bathroom only they said no, extended one night but front desk wouldn’t assist in adjusting key cards and had me come back 4 hours later because systems were “configuring”. They use to be a great hotel a few years back but something must have happened
