Dining
Porter's Restaurant and Bar - American cuisine, including steak, seafood, chicken, and pasta, is served for lunch and dinner. Guests relax with drinks at the U-shaped bar or on the blue-and-cream-striped couches. The walls of the raised dining area are decorated with paintings of tropical scenes.
Atrium - The soaring atrium is surrounded by five floors of guestrooms and filled with tall ficus trees and other greenery. A buffet breakfast is served in the atrium daily, including made-to-order omelets, pancakes, cereals, muffins, fruit, and coffee.
Room Service - Available from early morning until late evening.
Recreation
Overlooking the indoor pool, the fitness center offers cardio and weight-training machines and complimentary towels. A wall of windows lets plenty of natural light into the pool area, which opens to a sundeck in warm weather. A spa tub and sauna are also on site.
Traditions at Chevy Chase Golf Course, three miles from the hotel, is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course with four levels. An aquatic park located about 7.5 miles from the hotel features waterslides and other water play areas. Wood Oaks Green Park, with tennis courts and large children's playground, is 3.5 miles from the hotel.

“Would definitely stay here again”
Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The only reason I didn't give 5 across the board is due to the lack of upkeep of the exterior lighting. The chandeliers are beautiful, yet they are in disrepair and many of the bulbs were burned out. Other than that, the grounds as well as the interior of the hotel was wonderful. The staff was beyond courteous and accomodating.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable and roomy (We had 2 adults and a teenager in the room.). Overall, we had a great stay and will probably stay there again.

The front desk staff was one of THE BEST I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are true professionals and should be thanked by all!!
“Superb staff”
Accomodations were very satisfactory and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I had trouble with a key card and the staff made new ones and even went with me to my room to make sure they worked.

The accomodations were great. The suite set-up was very convenient. The hotel dinner deal was delicious! I'd stay there again if I were in the area.
“Exceeded My Expectation”
The complimentary full breakfast including omeletes made to order with deluxe choices was wonderful. This would be a hotel that would be nice for family because of the space in the room. The only caution would be for a light sleeper since the highway/freeway is close to hotel so it might be a problem.
“Glenview s Best hotel”
I went on vacation with my two sons and had a wonderful stay in this hotel. My room was clean, confortable and a good view. The shuttle driver was available all time to take us the near places in Glenview, malls, train station, I would recomend this hotel to my best friends

The Hotel was great and the staff were wonderful, very accomodating. The breakfasts were rather pricey; otherwise, everything was what we expected or better.

Get anywhere on the North Shore from this hotel in 30 minutes or less, whether it be O'Hare Airport, shopping at Old Orchard, Northbrook, or Gurnee Mills malls, or dining at many fine restaurants in the area. Downtown Chicago is within 45 minutes.
