“Comfortable stay for the money”

We were very happy with the price and the no frills comfort of the motel. I appreciated the access to the computer/inter-net in the breakfast room-- a "perk" I had not expected from the write-up. I also appreciated the free breakfast, though would have appreciated a little more variety.

this was a ok hotel, but the price made it great. The continental breakfast is not much to speak of, but it was included in the hotel so that was a plus. Overall I would stay here again.

Not very many people at this hotel. Not very well-kept up, but the room seemed clean enough. I got a great rate per night at his hotel, but after I returned from my trip, a relative told me that there had been reports of bed bugs at his hotel (and presumably, that was the reason I got such a great rate, and possibly why there were so few patrons). Did not see any evidence of bed bugs, and I slept comfortably. I was glad that I could adjust the temperature in the room myself, without a thermostat, as some hotels allow you to adjust the thermostat, but there is a preset limit as to how cold or warm you can actually make the room. The lamp next to the arm chair was very rickety, and nearly toppled over when I slightly bumped it. It's nest to a TGI Friday's which I really liked. Overall, ok.

Somewhat run down but mostly clean. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

“Okay But Needs Some Work!”

The Night Staff is much friendlier than the day staff which is one thing that definitely stands out! Overall, Travelodge in Glenview, IL is an okay hotel but it could certainly use some "primping" up. My room was ok but there were stains on the walls (?) as well as on some of the carpeting, furniture and bedsheets which don't give a good impression. The hotel looks worn-out in many areas and the pavement and parking lot around the place definitely needs repair. There are some huge potholes that will do some real damage to vehicles!

Fine price, but the room was stuffy and I somehow started to come down with a cold. Many breakfast items needed replenishing.

“Adequate Accomodations”

This Baymont Inn and Suites has been recently acquired by Travelodge. The room was adequate, there were some issues with the bathroom, the towel rack was loose and kept falling off, and the sink was separate from the bathroom. It was; however, surprisingly clean, and the staff were very friendly. For our purpose, it was close to the venues we were attending, .
