“An excellent hotel”

The check-in was efficient and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and attractive and well maintained, Checkout was quick and very pleasant. I was pleased with all aspects of my stay.

great location on the magnificent mile and walking distance to navy pier/rush and state/millennium park/lincoln park.clean and good service as expected with westin. valet parking a little pricey.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Chicago- very clean and modern looking with friendly staff. Hotel also has a wonderful restaurant and bar in lobby with fabulous martinis!!!

Location is terrific - within walking distance to everywhere you want to be. Hotel is clean, comfortable (heavenly beds are to die for)and staff is extremly helpful. My only vice was the $49/day to park a car - a little ridiculous.

Premium location - close to shopping, beach, Rush Street. Service was fantastic. Would go back again in a minute.

Service was excellent - all the way thru The rooms were were very hot - as the air conditions are switched on in summer time Maybe have portable fans available - people who feel hot

Felt very at home in this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Great place to stay, great location for what we wanted to do and would recommend it to a friend.

Great staff. Comfortable beds and an all around great place. Location is great. Steps away from Cheesecake Factory and great shopping as well. Highly recommend and am looking forward to my next stay here.
