Perfect Central Location!

Pros: Location, ambiance, staff
Cons: Nothing
We did not realize the hotel proximity to the Water Tower, John Hancock, etc. Valet parking is pricey, we utilized it for 2/3 days we were in Chicago. We usually stay at the Westin River North when visiting Chicago, will choose this location for future visits!

Good location but poor service

Pros: Fast and efficient room service with good food and registration service.
Cons: Service at the front door and the restaurant was terrible
The hotel has a good location within walking distance to most key places. The service was not good, in particular I found their Steak House to be a desarter. Servicing the room was late most of the days. The front desk and room service worked just fine.

Location: Perfect Chicago location. Across the street from the John Hancock Building and Water Tower Place. Two blocks from Gino's East and Hershey Store
Family vacation in Chicago. Very comfortable room. Excellent location on Michigan Ave.

Location: Sight seeing, 10 min walk to Navy Pier. Right on Miracle Mile(lots of shops)

Pros: Comfort of the beds and the staff was great.
Cons: When a client calls with a problem I feel that the call should be taken care of the first time and you should not need to call the third time.
Location: Great. We were within walking distance of most things. We caught the city bus to get to others and this was great. The drivers were very helpful.
I would like to have had one more chair in the room. We had to call 3 times about the commode not working properly. They finally came and the person was very nice and apologized that she did not get the message the first time. The bed was very comfortable not like most that we have slept on in the past. These are just small things but are I feel are important when you are staying a week. The hotel was beautiful. We would stay in a Westin again.

Great hotel except for weirdly graphic ads in the elevators- it seems very low end to have ads in hotel elevators- they must be getting paid a lot of money to waste all the great work in so many other area with that decision

No rooms at the inn

We checked in well after 3pm and were told we have no rooms available right now check back in a few hours. A few hours later still no room. Finally a little before. 8 and after much asking we finally got a room. Poor customer service is the reason for my rating.
