Excelente hotel en ina gran ubicacion.

Nos parecio una excelente opcion para quienes buscan quedarse en la zona turistica de Sowntown Chicago. Esta al lado de la Hancock. Habitaciones recien renovadas, muy comodas. Solo tuvimos problemas de ruido porque en la suite de al lado habían muchos hospedados y hacían ruido a todas horas.

Best location in magnificent mile. Right in front of Bloomingdale and on michigan ave where all shopping malls are.. walking distance to the river and everything.. We loved it

Great location in the best shopping section of the Magnificent Mile. Surrounded by great dining options for any taste or budget. Only complaint was the AC never got the room as cool as we wanted. Rooms with 2 beds are doubles (not queens) so be ready to snuggle if sharing with someone. Not complaining, they're very comfortable, just good to know.

Pros: Location
Location: It was conveniently located to show, restaurants, and we found it very easy to get to sites.
We had a very pleasant 3 day stay at the Westin. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and very clean. Although the hotel is older, our room had been renovated and the bathroom spacious and spotless. Staff were friendly, and helpful

Pros: Locations was very nice. Walking distance to so many great things!
Cons: Beds are too small. Eco friendly option now explained well - not enough room to hang 4 towels to dry and be reused. Needed to be changed out daily.
Location: Water Tower Bldg w/ mall right across the street, right on Michigan Ae - shopper's dream. Good restaurants within walking distance.
There were 4 of us in this room and it was pretty tight. Would love to see them upgrade to 2 queen beds in each room, full beds are just too tight for 2 adults! The staff service was excellent. THe bathroom was really nice... loved the rain shower head.

Very centric, surrounded by excellent restaurants and assorted shopping areas. Hotel amenities were excellent, the only negative was being put in a room with two standard beds when I had guaranteed reservations for a king size bed room.

This hotel was nice,very clean and it's also in a good location,but what I hate about this hotel is that there is a fee for everything! I had to pay to use the computer! Like I've never had to do that before at a hotel! I would say that's the hotel biggest flaw is all the unexpected fees that's not listed on the website.
