Have been to Chicago many times, but never found as great a hotel. The Sutton is very quiet, yet in the middle of the action in terms of the big city. Very economical on site parking. Hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Hightly recommend this hotel. Quality hotel at a bargain price.

The Sutton Place hotel was located right off Magnificent Mile and almost tucked away in the residential neighborhood. The hotel service was very good and the receptionist even gave us a free day of internet access. We had a great time.

We picked this hotel based on Expedia pricing and customer reviews, and are we glad we did! From the valet parking attendant to the doorman to the desk clerk to the server in the bar, everyone on staff seemed like it was their personal responsibility to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a great stay. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet -- everything we could hope for. The fresh flower in a small bathroom vase was a very nice touch. The location couldn't be better. Located on a beautiful residential street, Sutton Place is a short walk to outstanding bars and restaurants and a block away from Michigan Ave shopping, close to Water Tower Place and the John Hancock Building. We definitely will use this hotel as our base of operations when we return to Chicago for shopping, theatre, museums and restaurants!

“Sutton Place Charm”

Location Location Location. Down the street from the Bentley dealership in one direction the MIle in another. Restaurants all around, a great place to celebrate a few nights with my spouse of 25 years! Easy to get to, easy to leave from, a great value for the dollar within striking distance of the shops on the Mile, and Oak Street's fine clothiers. I took a cab to the Standard Club each morning for a $6.50 cab ride for work and then back for lunch with my favorite girl! I'll be back!

“Nice Stay”

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Very nice rooms, bathrooms a little old, but still nice with the soaking tub. Excellent amentities and service at this hotel.
