J'ai adoré l'emplacement, nous étions prêt de tout. L'hôtel et notre chambre étaient très beau. Nous avions une vue magnifique! L'accès au spa et la piscine était très bien aussi. Le lounge était bien pratique et il y avait tout le nécessaire. Un petit point à améliorer, il y aurait pu avoir un déjeuner plus tôt le dimanche matin pour le marathon puisque la majorité des voyageurs étaient présents pour cet événement. Mais cela ne nous à pas empêcher d'apprécier notre séjour à cet hôtel!

Hôtel avec une excellente vue ... non occultable!!
J'ai réservé longtemps en avance pour obtenir une chambre avec vue sur le lac, cependant, il n'y avait pas de rideau ni de store sur les fenêtres ! Ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Du coup, j'ai été réveillé tout les jours à 5h30 avec le soleil... J'ai prévenu le personnel dès le premier jour, ils m'ont assuré qu'ils allaient trouver une solution (changement de chambre ou installation d'un rideau temporaire), mais rien n'a été fait. Je suis pourtant resté 5 nuits. Ils ne m'ont proposé aucun geste financier ou autre pour le désagrément. Absolument scandaleux au vu du prix et du standing de cet hotel.

Bien que nous regrettions certainement que vous ayez rencontré un problème avec votre chambre, notre personnel a fait tout son possible pour vous contacter pendant votre séjour afin de rectifier la situation. Notre équipe de maintenance n'a malheureusement pas pu entrer dans votre chambre. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée et espérons que nous pourrons avoir l'occasion de vous reconnecter ultérieurement.

Voyage d'affaire avec week-end pour visité la ville de Chicago. Hotel très tranquille et confortable. déjeuner très de base mais correcte. transport facile de l'hotel par contre tres peut de resto le week-end son ouvert pres de l'hotel.

Amazing view of the lack of Chicago from your bed
we spent four days in this hotel. well situated in the loop, at 100 metres of the train and metro at 15 minutes walk to the lack the swiming pool is very well apreciated after a day walk around the buildings the hotel is situated at the 40th floor of the building, it is clean and quiet i recommend +++ this hotel

Hôtel superbe
Hôtel superbe, situé en plein centre du Loop, a 2 mn des métros allant aux 2 aéroports de Chicago. Très belle grande chambre avec vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan. Hôtel situé au 40 ème étage donc très calme. Personnel à la réception très efficace. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner du weekend pas très copieux par rapport au reste de la semaine mais tout à fait correct. Si par chance je devais revenir à Chicago, je reviendrai au Buckingham sans hésitation et je le recommande à 100%.

Organisation pas simple
Noyé au milieu des immeubles d'affaire de Chicago, l'hotel est pas simple à trouver. Il faut jouer avec les assenseurs pour aller de la réception aux chambres (2 assenseurs différents) et 3 assenceurs différents pour aller au resto et salle de sport. Mais bon une fois que l'on a compris le principe ça le fait bien. Le petit déjeuner est très correctes, par contre je n'ai pas tester le diner. Salle de sport super, piscine super, par contre les vestiaires pas simple non plus, un vrai labyrinthe. Dans l'ensemble très bien, surtout vu le prix.

resté 2 nuits dans cet hotel "atypique" de chicago front desk hyper pro et agréable je recommande vivement au vu du rapport qualité/prix

Very well located in the loop , if you want to combine sport and work and leisure, it is a good place. Breakfast included is ok.

The suite we had was very nice. The room was amazing. The only downside about this property is you do have to get on at least three different elevators from the parking garage to the property but other than that it was pretty nice. Very quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful and another thing I do love about it. It is very secure.

Beautiful, aesthetic rooms with a classic wood design. Very comfortable. Nice touches like actual marble sink top and porcelain faucets. Large tub. Impressive view of city from room and in breakfast area. Breakfast area has a multitude of options and is kept very clean. We will be returning to this gem again.

I highly recommend staying at the Buckingham Hotel. I’ve been to many different hotels throughout downtown chicago and this is the best by far. Staff is great, view is great, breakfast is great, parking in the same building so no need to walk outside, and you’re on the 40th floor. Couldn’t recommend a better hotel.

Old School Cool Feel
Really cool top floor hotel. Old school feel of class from back in the day. Great views of the city. From what i was told it used to be, there must have been some parties back in the day. Now a quite place to relax in the soak tub.

The view from this hotel was absolutely spectacular! I would stay here again for that reason alone. I hadn’t paid close attention when booking the property so I was a little confused in locating it but that was all on me. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly.

A special shot out Joel and the other gentleman in the concierge desk. We really enjoyed the stage. I would only suggest to have more different types of teas available for breakfast. The orange cinnamon tea ran out the first morning we stay.

I like the property and the decor enough but I was not a huge fan of the general ambiance and it is kind of an odd set up. The view from our window was amazing since the hotel is very high up in the building! The front desk people were really kind and helpful.
