En ce qui concerne le WIFI, nous offrons le WIFI de base est gratuit pour tous nos clients, dans le hall d’entrée. Nous offrons une solution simple en devenant un « Marriott Reward », gratuitement et très simple à faire, ce qui vous permettrait de recevoir le WIFI gratuitement dans votre chambre, ou bien payer une somme modique, pour un service haut débit. Krista, thank you for your visit, and I am sorry about the parking and that it was not easier for you. We do not have a parking on site, and therefore partner with the hotel across the street. Prices in Chicago are driven in big part by taxes and city fees unfortunately, we have little control over these. The security deposits are refunded after departure but do take a few days to go through the bank system. We do appreciate your patronage and look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
