Was there for bussiness in Chicago, if you can avoid the traffic into town location is not bad. Kids loved the pool.

“Right off I-290!”

This hotel is very easy to reach via I294 & I-290. It had free parking and and a great breakfast buffet. Very congenial staff and the room was very clean...microwave, fridge, sink, etc., were nice extras.

“Home away from home!”

We are frequent visitors to Chicago because of family ties. After trying many hotels we have chosen the Springhill Suites as our home away from home. We pay no more for a suite than we would for a room, the full breakfast is awesome, and the staff are pleasnat & helpful.

“One night stay at Springfield Suites”

There were over 100 middle school students staying in the hotel the same night as my stay. They were remarkably quiet and polite. The lobby, though, became quite sticky from spills during the continental breakfast. And, waiting for the elevator was lengthy with all of the students placed at the 6th floor. The room was spacious. I would like to have found electrical outlets in places that would accommodate a computer and other electrical needs. There was one behind the night stand, but it was not possible to get to it, without unhooking the lamp or the alarm clock. The hotel staff was great. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, if I need to return to the area.
