“Would Stay There Again!!! Great hotel and location!!!”
From letting us check in early to giving us walking directions to our sightseeing activities the staff at this hotel were wonderful!!! The hotel is beautiful, clean, updated and the breakfast is actually good! The room was very pretty, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good within walking distance to the Sears/Willis Tower, Michigan Ave., Navy Pier and other tourist activities. The neighborhood was nice, and felt safe walking around. If you have two or more people, I would recommend taking a cab from O'Hare to the hotel rather than the airport shuttle. The cab ride was quicker than the shuttle and ended up being about $5 cheaper than the shuttle would have been.

We had a great time in Chicago and the hotel was great! We were able to check in early. The breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about...but we couldn't complain because it was free :) Just make sure you go down early to avoid big crowds.
“Good location”
Although the room was a little small for my liking, it was larger than most of the ones I have stayed at in Chicago. It had a very nice computer station setup. My only complaint was that it didn't have a tub (I like to relax in a tub after my husband walks me all over town all day!) & water leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The shower was very large, had plenty of hot water & a very refreshing shower head (not like some of the ones I've used that just spit a little water at you). Overall it was a nice place to stay.
“Definitely worth a return visit”
Have travelled extensively but found friendliness and helpfulness of staff here more than matched anything from similar hotels. You are told immediately there is no concierge but reception staff will do all they can for you. Suites are cosy and comfortable and location excellent for those who don't mind a little walking. Complimentary breakfast each morning had the same choices but these were so extensive that all our party had their various tastes catered for.
“Wonderful location, very helpful and friendly staff”
The Marriot Springhill Suites was in the perfect location in Downtown Chicago. Very easy to get around to mass transit, or walk to the Chicago River. Also, some of the best restaurants were right across the street. The staff at the front desk were excellent helping out with suggestions on how to get to the Cubs game, or get back to the Airport. Was one of my more enjoyable hotel stays.

Was extremely pleased with the entirety of our stay at SpringHill Suites in Chicago. Clean and comfy, we have already recommended it to several friends.
