“Very Satisfied”
Room was clean, comfortable, & looked just like the pictures. the shower was AWESOME! Very close to the Naval Base, as well as other things to do.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. Contemporary furnishings, spacious rooms with queen beds and separate seating area, and large separate shower and super clean. Minutes to Recruit Training Command. Close to restaurants of which the hotel will give you a list with directions. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had lots of variety, tasteful, healthful and plentiful. Nice bar with outdoor fire area with water feature for relaxing. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Cheerful helpful staff, clean and very comfortable room, super nice amenities, and priced reasonably. I couldn't ask for more! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and anyone traveling through the area. I went to see my son graduate Naval basic training, and the location was perfect. Staff has plenty of directions to wherever you need to go, and there's a Walmart close by for those last minute items you might need. I loved it.
“Excellent Hotel”
Everything from beginning to end was excellent. The staff very friendly, everybody always had a smile. The hotel very clean, the room big, clean and comfortable. Great location everything is on walking distance. The free breakfast "Great". I recommend this hotel to everybody is EXCELLENT!!!!
“What a Hotel!”
The room was not only beautiful it was very clean. Cleanliness is most important to me. The hotel has a bar in the lobby which we visited one of the nights and what a good time we had. Meeting people from not only locally but from other states. In the morning the breakfast was great - included everything from danish to eggs to freshly made waffles. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend your stay at the Springhill Suites in Waukegan

Our family is on a very tight budget and i had found a king suite for around same price other hotels were charging for a regular 2 dbl bed room. Mind you i am 42 and never been financially able to stay in a suite b4. I checked other peoples comments about this and other hotels in the area. Everyone who had stayed at this hotel had all good things to say and not 1 negative. I had found a similar deal with another hotel but after reading past patrons negative comments decided to confirm booking with the hotel that had all good marks. My family loved the room and all the hotel ammenitities. Our 2 favorites were the shower and its extra massageing feature and they free continental breakfast which far surpassed all our expectations on the variety they had to offer. Everything about this hotel was better than we had anticipated even down to the tiniest detailed items like the door handles. From top to bottom, inside and outside and including the hospitality was top of the line on a reallistically affordable rate thanks to expedia. And thank you Marriotts for an unforgetable very pleasant short family getaway.
