“Great Weekend Stay!”

We were staying at the hotel for an event at the Allstate Arena. This hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was so comfortable and the room service we ordered on Friday was delicious. My only complaint, is minor, but we put our breakfast menu out to be picked up for morning room service and no one ever came by to pick it up. We put it out at around 11pm and the lady said we had til 1am. other than that our stay was fantastic.

“Hospitable and comfortable - can't wait to go back!”

The room setup is so nice and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! We didn't hear any noise. The service was wonderful. Next time, we would like to stay longer so we can enjoy the jacuzzi!

“Great Hotel with Wonderful and Polite employees”

I lived 45 years in Chicago before being transferred to Houston, so I am very experienced in the area. I find the Sheraton to be conveniently located to everything I may need for my trips back home to Chicago, Being a lifelong Cub Bear and Blackhawk fan I make several trips back every year. Getting to Wrigley, Soldier Field or United Center is a short ride on the Blue Line. The rooms are clean and neat every time I arrive and have never once had to wait for my room to be ready. Employees are very courtious and polite and the restaraunt is very good as well. However for a change, Harry Careys and Shoeless Joes are within walking distance and also a great experience even if you are not a sports fan! The only negative thing I can say is that thehotel parking is expensive. There is a freee lot a few blocks away, but I prefer to just pay the fee and avoid the long walk.

“Well worth the money, better than others by far”

This was a wonderful hotel. My wife and I stayed there as we were heading out for our honeymoon. We were comped free breakfast b/c we were on our honeymoon. The room was perfect and the staff was extremely pleasant.

“Can't wait to return”

From the time we were picked up at the hotel we were greated and treated with extreme courtesy. Those working at the hotel did all they could to help make our stay in Chicago go as smoothly as possible.
