I loved the beautiful sight seeing they offer and the way to get to them is super easy lower lobby access to the river walk, it was convininet and fast our view was outstanding from the room as well. My only dislike is that the shower in our room was clogged they did send a technician but it was still clogged. Nothing was compensated for the inconvenience but aside from that it was a great stay.

They did not disappoint. The area is wonderful , everyone was very friendly. The view is beautiful. The only thing is there is no fridge or microwave in the room. We did order room service , they were great But , if you get a room close to elevators , you’ll be right by ice and microwave.

The staff made a racial slur and treated our friend who was there to pick us up poorly. I was extremely embarrassed by this treatment and will not stay there again.

Everything was a great, very nice property. Be aware!! if you rent a car and PARK the car in SELF PARKING they will charge you without letting you know $68 /day. There are even signs on the parking that state that ROOM guest will get their parking "validated or comp" for staying there.

The only thing that I didn't like was the price of beers in the bar, but you'll have that in Chicago. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay in downtown, very convenient location to everything!

The entire property was clean and everyone was friendly. Being close to things downtown was important for St. Patrick’s Day! We hs a great experience and will plan to stay here again when in Chicago!

My only complaint is that I wish the room had an actual fridge. We couldn’t maintain our food because it was too small and the temperate was not adequate.

Only thing that was an issue was one bar staff member particular name phil, took forever to get a drink , he would not look around to see who needed something , super rude commentary, seemed annoyed to be work on a Saturday.

I typically don't leave many bad reviews however, this is one of the most overpriced shady hotels I have stayed at. When I checked in I had a incidental fee of $150 that included $25 credit each night to be used at restaurant or bar which gets refunded. When I insert my credit card it was charged however, the credit card was not put on file. When I tried to use my hotel credit at the bar in the hotel the bartender informed me they had to charge me for a cocktail I purchased which was $25 Moscow mule that was not even the size of a solo cup because my credit card was not on file. I had to go to front desk to put my credit card on my file I was charged $150 twice from the hotel and still could not use any of my credit for drink or restaurant. That was the first inconvenience. Second, our hotel room was extremely outdated. The TV kept turning off by itself, the blankets were paper thin and also weirdly dirty looked clean but when the light hit the blanket you can see a ton of dirty patches on the blanket. Finally, the rooms are also very thin you can hear the people upstairs, besides you, and below you. I would not recommend staying here. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
