“Really great experience!”
This was a first stay in a "better end" hotel and we couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and comfortable. After some fine tuning, the Sleep Number beds were very nice. The pool was clean and well maintained, wtih plenty of towels available. The fitness room was clean and easy to use. The free parking was plentyful, even being in town for a huge sporting event. The walk to the AllState was so easy, and this was the main reason for our selection of this hotel. The staff was friendly and made our reservation mix up right without complaint or snide comments. They were able to answer any questions we had and were always attentive. The room service was fast and well done as well. We look forward to returning to the Chicago area in the future!!

I travel a lot. Have been in many different hotels and this one is one of the best for the price. Great food in the restaurant and a outdoor pool to swim off those calories. Beds are comfortable - room is large and comfortable. I've stayed on my early flights from O'Hare and I've stayed just for a week end get-away. Definitely highly recommend this hotel
“great value”
great value for visiting chicago. very clean rooms and bath. ok access to city via shuttle (every 1/2 hour) to chicago o'hare airport which has access to subway station. ihop, chilis, krispy kreme across road for food.
“Memorial Weekend”
The Hotel has great service. I love the fact that it has a 24hr shuttle service. The people were very friendly. Plus, the bed was sooo comfortable!

Administration quite competent and fast. I especially enjoyed the select comfort bed. A recommended property.
“Convenient Hotel”
Hotel was very nice. Shuttle service back & forth to O'Hare every 1/2 hour made it very convenient to get around without having to rent a car or taxi. We took the shuttle to O'Hare to pcik up the Blue Line train to get to downtown and Wrigley Field.

The location was great since we needed to be near O'Hare Airport. We couldn't believe how nice the place was for such a low price.
