“Favorite new hotel in Chicago”

“Superb!!!”

“Chicago Birthday”
The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing; beautiful inside and out. The staff was very helpful whenever needed. Enjoyed our stay very much :D
“Fabulous!”
Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of the city. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night.
“top notch.”
Great service, staff was very helpful. Great Facilities, gym and pool were excellent. Great location, close to everything downtown.
“Would definitely stay again”
I was a little nervous about staying in a hotel withno reviews, but am glad I did. There were a few new hotel glitches, but overall this was a great stay. For me, thestaff matters as much as anything else, and the staff here was great.
“Glittery fun”
Visited this hotel for an overnight stay in early December on a business trip to Chicago. The hotel was open for a little over a month and everything was brand new. Standard room was a good size for a big city hotel with a nice size desk for working and free, fast working wi-fi. No tub but a spacious shower with a waterfall shower head. All the new staff was clearly working hard to impress and the modern interior was on the fun hip side of luxury.
“Beautiful hotel with fabulous balcony views”
This hotel is located in the acclaimed Aqua Tower by architect Jeanne Gange. Two standard room styles are offered; one with a darker color scheme and carpet and one with lighter colors and hardwood floors. I took the second option and lucked into a corner room with a balcony that wrapped the corner and overlooked Millenium Park. The view of Michigan Ave buildings in the early morning sun was spectacular! The balcony also overlooked the hotel's gigantic low roof deck with great landscaping, pools, a running track and a fire pit (none are particularly appealing in November, except the fire pit which wasn't on). There is a forgettable indoor pool and jacuzzi (bring a towel from your room). Most of the ground floor area is taken up by the restauant with the bar on the lower floor and the dining room on the upper floor. The food is fantastic, although I didn't try the regular menu and opted for the Thanksgiving special (!!!). Overall it was a pleasant one night stay; maybe it was because of the holiday, but a lot of areas didn't seem to be fully functioning (a small lobby bar and fireplace). The floor to ceiling glass and balcony views made up for it.
“Beautiful hotel in great location”
While in Chicago, why not stay in an architectural landmark? Especially if the service is great, room spacious & clean, bed & linnen top notch, bathroom well designed, amenities great quality. We were only on the 6th floor (rooms are situated from 4th to 18th floor) but because of the hotel's situation we had a great view on the city & Millenium Park. Breakfast offer was varied, the bar looked great, lobby very elegant. We will come back if in Chicago!
“wonderful”
The hotel was very clean and modern. Had a great stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. Would come back again and recommend to others
