“A great place to stay”

I went there for a short vacation, and was very satisfied with the hotel. It's in a great location, and the staff is very helpfull.

“Fantastic location”

Right at the Mag. Mile, minutes to all shops and restaurants, super great Thai place just around the corner. Great room, ok view, comfy bed. Had breakfast twice, it was quite a nice way to start the day. Nice pool and exercise room, really! Will stay there again.

“A Terrific Choice”

The hotel is in a prime location and offers spacious, clean suites. The staff is friendly, and the setting is comfortable.We travel frequently and were surprised to find a hotel of this quality in a large city at this price point.

“Except for a door...”

Except for a bathroom sliding door that remained broken in our King Suite (fixed once but broke again), everything about this hotel was top drawer. Bar drinks were expensive, but that was to be expected. Service and staff were top notch, as was the breakfasts.

we celebrated our 25th and the staff (Cornell) had a special treat for us. There were a few minor problems that were taken care of very quickly and the stay was very nice. Great location to everything.

My wife and I just got back from a 4 night stay at the Omni Chicago and we have nothing but great things to say about it. The staff are friendly, helpful, informative and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location simply cannot be beat. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago and have already begun to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

“Great”

We arrived three hours before check in time, but this was not a problem. Room was ready. At the end of the trip we had a few hours left in town before heading to the airport and they were more then happy to hold our luggage until we were ready to head to the airport. Loved the suite room. Very nice having seperate sleeping and relaxing areas. Lots of closet and drawer space to make ourselves at home.

“Best hotel to stay for value and location in Chicago”

I have stayed in Chicago before in the Gold Coast area, this however is a far better location, you are right in the middle of Michigan Avenue aka the Golden Mile, walking distance to Grant Park/Millenium Park, walking distance to Navy Pier and many more sites. Very clean, even though a room was not ready for us they happily supplied us with Champagne whilst we waited a short while. The breakfast and room service are good although the restaurant menu is limited still very good.
