“Great staff, great location.”

Went there for "Black Friday" weekend. The staff was very helpful. The food was great with a view from the restaurant of Mich. Ave to die for. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Will go back for sure!

“Thanksgiving Tradition”

We've been staying at the Omni for Thanksgiving weekend the past 5 years. We've been pleased with the quality of the hotel and the service. The location is ideal for shopping, theaters and restaurants. We'll be back next year!

“Great Place to stay”

This hotel is right on the Magnificent Mile. Great for anyone in town for shopping and dining. 2 Blocks from the Metro, but on the bus route. Friendly staff, said hello and goodbye everytime, very helpful with anything.

Getting there

From ORD airport, take the blue line to clark and lake. Transfer to the Red line and go North to Grand / Chicago (both are about the same distance). Grand - walk east two blocks and up two. Chicago - walk east 2 and down 2.

Nightlife

Check out "howl at the moon" dueling piano bar. Drinks are not overpriced and the music is great.

“Soso hotel”

For the amount of money they charge, the hotel is nothing special. I couldn't even obtain a pod of single coffee from them so if 2 are in the room, that's all the coffee you get! No candy when they turn your spread down - couldn't get it cool in the room either, I had to open the windows to get some air.

We're sorry about the room temperature. In the event this is an issue, please call the front desk and we'll send an engineer to take a look and fix the problem. We're sorry we made a mistake by not delivering more coffee pods. Also we do offer free morning coffee if you sign up for our select guest program.

“Would absolutely go back”

I found the location ideal, the room very comfortable, and the fitness center quite nice. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

“+++ location, milk and cookies placed on our door evening”

Comfy beds, no slippers. Prime location, eat at Gibson's steakhouse. Internet charge. Coffee in room. I had no view but it was a double room suite. Bathroom ok not great.

“Great hotel and location”

The OMNI is a fantastic hotel!!! Rooms were large and well designed. The bed was great and the bathroom was very nice. We will definitely stay there again.

“Great Hotel, Excellent Location”

Very happy with our stay at Omni, friendly staff, excellent service, and great location. The only thing was that the beds were just too soft, esp that I have a bad back and ended up sleeping on the sofa.
