“Wonderful family vacation stay!”
The Omni Chicago was a wonderful place to stay with our 2 boys, ages 7 & 9. The staff were ALL incredibly friendly.and helpful. The restaurant is a little pricey, but the.food was excellent. The breakfast buffet consists of locally-produced, high-quality foods. A nice perk was that, if you bring the concierge's business card to certain restaurants in the area, your wait time is cut in half, and almost to nothing. This is a HUGE bonus when dining with tired, hungry children! The pool was nice, although small for the number of kids there on spring break. The workout facility was nice. My only complaint is that the hot tub was closed for upgrade/ repairs, and for an adule who was just lounging in the pool, the pool got too cold - it would have been wonderful to be able to warm up in the hot tub! There is also a nice service of a complimentary hotel car & driver that will take you wihin 3 miles of the Omni free of charge - its a good idea to reserve it in advance.
“Staff at Desk on Saturday April 7, 2012”
There was a gentleman at the desk on Saturday who not only told us about a gluten free Rosebuds on Rush but promtly reserved a table for us before we left the hote. Thank You verymuch. We thought that was very thoughtful and doing his job above and beyone.
“Couldn't of been any better”
The staff at the Omni were pleasant and attentive. They even asked if I wanted a bottle of water after my morning run. Our room was generous in size, well thought out and attractive. I almost hate to mention how wonderful the food at their restaurant "676" was, in fear they will get so busy and I may not be able to get reservations. The pairings of appetizers was over the top. The flavors blending beautifully. If I lived in Chicago I would have to be a regular there. The tour of the kitchen with the executive chef was a special treat. I'm no Rockerfeller, just a annual traveler to Chicago, but their treatment would say otherwise. I Highly recommend this hotel, and their location is hard to beat. You are steps away from the best shopping.
“Chicago weekend”
Perfect location Very helpful staff - Concierge was great room decor a little out dated
“Great holiday”
every time I come to Chicago I stay at the Omni and I am very impressed. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the coffee is supposed to be Starbucks but does not taste anything related. I would definitely return to the Omni, my favorite hotel.
“Our Stay at the Omni Hotel Downtown Chicago”
Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The restaurant was a little pricey.
“OMNI HOTEL”
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, FOOD AND DRINKS WERE EXCELLENT.
“Personal wake up calls”
When is the last time you actually had a pleasant voice ( real human) wake you in the morning? not only did she call precisely when asked, but she also volunteered and delivered a follow up . The rooms are nice and large, the bedding is "heavenly" , the staff is professional and friendly, and the amenities are top notch. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that when you join their reward club you are immediately given complimentary wifi in your room, but they will also provide a complimentary morning beverage, iron two items as requested and a few other niceties. Check it out. You will not regret it!
“Great Spot”
Perfect location on the Mag Mile. Only all suite hotel in that area so you have plenty of space. Highly recommend it.
“NRA”
The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay.
